Leisure-Lee Holiday Apartments

Lovely view from balcony. Enjoyed eating breakfast there and watching sunset end of day. Spacious, clean apartment with comfortable beds, nice linen, big TV and air con worked well. Water pressure was ok and as expected in an older apartment block. Plenty of cupboard space and wardrobes. Provision of teabags, coffee, sugar etc was nice. Coin laundry facility available which is a consideration if you're a family staying for a week.

Balcony is not private so if next apartment is using theirs you can't avoid each other. Other than large modern fridge, kitchen equipment was very basic and minimal quantity of plates, cups etc. Iron needs replacing, kept leaking water. A new drying rack with more pegs would be welcome.

We really liked the location of the property, it was an easy drive to everything. We visited Byron Bay, Lennox Head and Bangalow. The property was very clean, it was very easy to check in and the area was peaceful and quiet. We loved sitting on the balcony every morning having our breakfast.

All rooms were suitable for our families in apartment 6.Apartment 8 was most suitable for my sister and had plenty room for her family.The view is amazing watching the sunset and tides coming in the bay. The hotel across the pub is great my family made friends with the locals and a beautiful outdoor area close to swimming. Due to the Lismore floods we were unable to stay with immediate family as they were affected by the floods.Staying in Ballina was more suitable for us as all. Thank you Kate and Chris.

The location was perfect

The furniture was a little out dated but that's really nothing and the only thing i could comment on

It was just so beautiful, the lady I spoke to on the phone, Kate I think, was absolutely amazing and so just welcoming and kind

Maybe an aircon in the bedroom but I’m not picky and everything was fantastic

The location was exceptional. Also convenient for the event for our stay.

No contact with staff there was no one. Left a message because things were missing and we needed an iron to prepare for a wedding but no one responded. Cutlery incomplete.

Great spot with a beautiful view. Apartment was clean and tidy, real retro feel setting but with all the modern necessities. I was very thankful for the AC as one night was really cold.

Nothing much

Location was awesome, right where we needed it to be. Quite spacious with all required necessities easily accessible. Additional small items (soap, tea) also provided.

Apartment is undergoing renovation so there were a couple of issues unfixed. Bedroom door gets stuck on the bottom edge. Lacking in spaces to store items while having a shower. Shower itself is very loud at times. Couldn't find the light switch for the kitchen light. TV was unable to find a signal.

It is located in an excellent position.

It is furnished in a Retro manner, and some furnishings do require replacement. Screen doors are well worn with some that do not lock. There are signs of improvement, so perhaps in a few months time the Management will have addressed these issues.

Located in East Ballina on top of a hill with wonderful views. Close to water, walks and shops. Quiet and easy to access.

WiFi was problematic - dropped in and out.
