Comfort Inn All Seasons

Obliging staff/operator who go out of their way to provide all that is needed within their capability, especially after horrendous floods wrecked the town. Although there are few immediate signs of the damage, it is evident in places if you look twice, hence the need to house so many emergency workers. We have returned to his motel repeatedly. There is even an excellent pool for those so inclined and you are close to the river with its magnificent scenery

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable and very nice to sleep in. The sun shining through the windows was pleasant.

The lounge chair had a broken leg which we only discovered when we tried to move it closer to the table. It would be nice to have large plates and cutlery to use if you decide to have take away in the room.

Position of the motel was good, a short stroll to the local RSL and cafes, a perfect place for an overnight stop. They had been impacted by recent flash flooding so unfortunately their restaurant was closed for refurbishment. However, they were extremely helpful with providing information about alternative eating places close by. They were very friendly owners and we would definitely consider staying there again.

Great location. Walking distance to many food and leisure spaces. Comfortable rooms. Upstairs room. Carpark directly in front of room. Pool available but I didn’t use it. Smart Tv - connect to Netflix. Note: I booked last minute though and ended up with a family room rather than a solo room. Would recommend booking early.

Room was as expected in a Motel of the era. Everything was clean but access to something to eat (snack on) when arriving back at night was unavailable. Bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, being in town for a friend's birthday I didn't have time to explore the TV or the comfort of the very nice looking lounge chair provided.

The noise factor, i.e. insulation between rooms could be better. Also a millipede did come under my door, Agh!

Tiles a little dirty around bottom of sink. Cracked windows wdre a little concerning re safety and security.

We recently stayed at the Comfort Inn All Seasons, Ballina, for 6 nights for a summer getaway. The property is located within waling distance of the main shopping area of Ballina, where there are many cafes and restaurants which cater to all tastes. The first thing we noticed on arrival at the Comfort Inn was the friendly, welcoming Manager. He is very approachable, keen to please his customers and holds his staff to a high standard. We had 2 rooms for our stay with the bottom floor room being of a higher standard than the 2nd room on the top floor, which appeared to be a bit shabby, although relatively clean and comfortable. The Manager did mention the old air conditioner was being upgraded when we checked out. The beds were comfortable and there were always plenty of clean towels, shampoo and conditioner and complimentary water available, which was a nice touch. The pool was also clean and warm and we enjoyed swimming each afternoon, after a day at the beach. There is plenty of parking and the parking spaces are huge.

There were some marks on the furnishings, particularly in my daughters room, including on the curtains, cushions, bed cover and the walls. The motel is located on the main road which can be quite noisy if you are a light sleeper.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Room a good size and clean. Bathroom workable but the shower was small and the shower head position could not be adjusted. Linen very clean and fresh.

The prime location next to the very delicious Chinese Restaurant (Oriental Pearl) and its cleanliness of the room. Cleanliness of the room is of utmost importance to us and their room fulfill that essential requirement and hence our stay is enjoyable. it also have free onsite parking as a bonus.

The carpet seems old and feel a bit dirty.

Hotel was really comfortable was a welcome break from travelling, very comfortable and clean, young lady in reception was gorgeous and very welcoming and helpful from the minute I walked thru the door, will definetly be back thanks Adrian
