Park Drive Motel

Beds were very comfortable. Very close to town. Exceptional value. The man in reception was friendly and changed our booking from an upstairs room to downstairs so kids and I didn’t have to climb the stairs which was great. BBQ facilities available. Kettle, toaster and electric frypan in the unit in a small kitchen area, great fridge. Clean bathroom with hairdryer, shower gel and hand wash included, spotless white bedding and towels. We have stayed in several motels in Kempsey and this one was cheaper by far and better than most. Definitely my choice next time in Kempsey!

The only minor thing Would have been low pressure in kitchen taps but even that really wasn’t a problem.

This was my second stay and would happily stay again. Clean and quiet, with hot showers and comfy beds. The room was spacious and there's a communal balcony outside with seating. We stayed a few nights and the cleaners are very friendly and helpful. It's the quietest motel I've come across in Kempsey. Great value for money.

No hot water tap in the kitchenette, and recommend bring your own soap etc. Also the curtain at the front needed repairs.

Motel was within minutes of local restaurants and cinema and other shops. The room was quiet considering the motel was fully booked with travelling families. Room facilities were adequate for what we needed which is what was important.

Unfortunately the pool and BBQ area was closed off and looked like it hadn’t been used in years. Grounds maintenance was also lacking which gave the motel the feel of a dodgy, Las Vegas motel from the late 70’s/ early 80’s.

Being the cheapest motel in Kempsey we didn't have high expectations. We were very pleasantly surprised. Yes the building is very old but rooms have been almost totally renovated. Very comfy bed with beautiful crisp cotton bedding. very quiet - just what we needed to break our journey without breaking the bank. would stay again next trip.

The rooms were extremely crisp and dry. The bed linen, towels and pillows were comfortable and the unit we stayed in was quite sound proof from the main highway the hotel's attached to. Really good value for money and a peaceful nights sleep.

We had our 2 large dogs with us, and it wasn't explained or clear we're I could keep them, during the night they ended up sleeping in the car (which they enjoyed) and came with us during the day. The pool was also closed during our stay which would have been nice to know prior to confirming our booking. It wouldn't have swayed our decision but would have appreciated knowing

Clean room with good bathroom, tea and coffee biscuits, kettle, microwave, toaster. Really good fridge. Plenty of hot water for showers at good pressure. Friendly check in staff and ample parking. Aircon/heating worked well and the TV was a suitable size.

The bed was a shocker, lumps and bumps in all the wrong places. Like most motel rooms of this vintage, the kettle would not fit under the basin tap for filling. Didn't find any WIFI signal.

The new managers are lovely and friendly The rooms have all been renovated since I was there last time and they were lovely and comfortable Love the pool is back in order and the grounds were very nicely maintained Well done

Sad that it is not pet friendly anymore and that I will not be able to come back I have travelled through there for years now staying with my husband and little dog but was advised this time that this property is now not pet friendly although did honour for me to stay this last time - Thank you

clean and comfortable my husband and I stayed with our 3 kids and it was perfect for our one night stop over.

we were on the first floor and the people above us were so noisy. we were exhausted after driving 6 hours that day and were all in bed by 9pm and the people upstairs sounded like there were dragging furniture around, walking around and making a lot of noise which we could hear literally everything. we finally fell asleep but it was annoying

Thank you for accomodating us so last minute we n our road trip. We appreciated the staff/ manager being on call and so easy going and friendly and letting us in for an easy and relaxing night.

It was a perfect last minute drop in motel for us. The buildings and grounds are also super cute.

Great location off the highway on a road trip. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable and as we have stayed here before always welcome our fur baby.

The tap in the bathroom wasn’t working for cold water so made it hard to fill the kettle. Other than that the shower was lovely and warm.
