It's a great hotel located close enough to the centre and to the motorways if you are travelling further. The bed was just perfect, not soft. Also parking is pretty easy around the hotel. Nice breakfast.

In the beginning, the staff wasn't so helpful, but after the 3rd time we asked for a way to have an extra bed, they offered us a solution. In the end, we were happy with the service provided.

The staff was slow to react to our request. When we asked for an extra bed, they told us that they didn't have any, but they meant that they didn't have extra beds for our room size. We finally got what we needed when we asked for a room for 3 adults instead of 2 adults and 1 child. I believe they could have offered us a solution sooner. Another thing I didn't like was the uncomfortable pillows.

cozy clean place, Our apartment was really cute. Comfortable bed , warm temperature [we visited on April], we asked for extra towels and got everything we nedded more!

1. I asked the employee in the reception for separate beds [I visited with friend, not my boyfriend] and she gave us a double bed for couples with 2 blankets and unfortunately the bathroom was open with no doors so I couldn't take a bath without being seen. If there are no available rooms in the hotel for two that they are not for couples or good friends, the employee should have let us know and book two different rooms. 2. there were no enough storage spaces for 2 people for clothes, luggages and osmetics 3. there were no disposable slippers

we traveled with a child. We liked the hotel very much, firstly, it is very beautiful, nice music always plays downstairs, there are always several employees at the reception, we felt safe. The staff is very responsive, we had problems with a question not related to staying at the hotel, and the girl at the reception helped us solve our problem. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask her name, she is a girl with glasses, she is very friendly, the location is also very good, it was comfortable to stay in the room, the bathroom and toilet were very clean, and what we really liked was that on the first floor there were a lot of booklets and information about the city, about transport, a metro map and so on, it is very convenient, thanks to the hotel for the comfort, we will definitely return again

no fridge no netflix they don't clean the rooms, they just take out the trash non-folding chair, but this is not a problem, it would just be more convenient for us if the chair folded out

The niu Franz is by far and away one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The location is excellent and very close to trams, U-Bahn and S-Bahn; super breakfasts with a lot of variety both sweet and savoury; spacious, modern, bright and very clean rooms; extremely friendly staff (it was a pity that Giorgia and her blonde colleague who greeted us when we arrived weren't there when we checked out... Really super nice, I would have gladly said goodbye to them). I also find the free drink idea superb if you opt for a sustainable stay without unnecessary waste. I hope to return to Vienna soon, because I madly love this city and will definitely book here again. See you soon!

Great location, just next to tram stop, walk close to train stop - easy to come from/to the airport. The hotel was very good, we stayed there almost a week and we were very happy with the quality and staff attitude. Very good breakfast, friendly staff, comfy bed, cleanliness, hot water and good quality cosmetics. I appreciate good quality curtains to block the light in the morning. The bar was kids friendly, we could enjoy our drinks, when kid was playing. Highly recommended, we would definitely visit again!

We were going to opera, so I asked for iron 24 h before the evening out and repeated my request few more times, and they could not track where all the iron are (somewhere in the hotel taken by other guests). I had to literally buy new clothes that evening.. Also, after 4 days we were looking for some change in breakfast, no option to order something from the kitchen, but this one is just picking. I highly recommend this hotel, we would definitely visit it again ;)

The hotel's location is excellent, as you can take Tram 2 to reach the city easily. The breakfast is delicious, and the restaurant staff is very professional. The room is equipped with a Chromecast, Bluetooth speaker, and air-conditioning

With my experience in the tourism field, I noticed that the reception staff is very strict about check-in times. If your flight arrives early, you may not be able to get your room before the designated time. While I understand that the hotel needs time to prepare the rooms, my suggestion would be to show guests that you care about their experience for example by offering them a coffee and suggest them to wait in the lobby. In my case, the staff member I encountered simply she asked me to return at 3:00 pm, without offering any additional assistance. I had to leave and come back later, but luckily later, a different staff member was more helpful and provided me with a room that was already available 30 min before checkin time. I am grateful to her for her assistance."

- The hotel is situated right next to the tram station, it took 20 minutes to get to the city center. - The room was clean and spacious. Also, it was comfortable that the bathroom and the toilet were separated. - Breakfasts were diverse and delicious. - The hotel bar offered high-quality cocktails as well.

- Pillows and blankets were not of the best-quality. - Our window overlooked the railway line, so we couldn't sleep with the windows opened because of the constant noise, but the air conditioner saved the situation. - Picture on the wall with the image of skulls.

A hotel that aims to be sustainable - helpful - friendly - donate money to clean water around the world - they have steam lined and reinvented the hotel stay process - loved it …. Good price for Vienna . Next to a tram stop - that makes it easy to explore the city cheaply - buy a 24 hour ticket once on board from the machine. Staff were very helpful young people - with relaxed feel reception - loved playing table football! Free drink if you ‘skip the daily room clean’ great idea - I stayed 2 days I don’t need the room cleaned !

The car park was full so the nearest we could park was half a mile away. I didn’t like the corridor decor but did like the rest of the modern feel that kind of emulates a backpacking vibe for older / richer people!

The structure is beautiful and new, well organized, beautiful breakfast area on ground floor with terrace. The room is small but nice. The garage is neat and the price for 1 night is good.

I booked a triple room plus a dog, I got price from the website and I assumed it was the total. When we checked in (at 10 pm!!) I was told that not only I had to pay an enormous supplement for the dog, but that also the third bed was not included. Summing up all these supplements I could easily decide to stay in the historical city center. The staff was not cooperative at all and gave me a bad answer like "it's I up to you", either you pay or you go... At 10 pm.... Since it was the hotel's fault not to input the correct supplements on the website, the third bed was given for free in the end. When we asked if the car could stay on the road, as there was no space in the garage, the staff replied they didn't know as they have no driving licence so they don't recognize the signs...
