Breakfast was amazing! The bathroom was very good and the bed was incredibly comfortable! The staff couldn’t be more helpful, and gave excellent recommendations for places to eat.

The carpet in the bedroom was stained and looked dirty. The room was also a little boring - it could do with some colour or artwork.

Modern decorations and the bathroom was great.

The road to the underground station was quite scary and the area around was quite died.

Good breakfast, but it's worth coming a bit earlier as in summer there are a lot of people at the end and you have to wait for some products. A pleasant place with a lot of walking areas in the vicinity of the facility. Several beaches, a marina, several restaurants. Calm at night which means no drunk people on the promenade which is not so obvious in other cities.

In fact, I liked everything, if I had to write something, only the poor equipment of the fitness room in the neighboring hotel

when I checked in I found a used water bottle, was too tired to complain and tried to call the reception but the never picked up. check in took ages as the hotel is very crowded

very nice location and you can swim in the river. and wirh the Level Room, you can view the entire Vienna city. They use the finest ingredient for breakfast.

you have to ask the front desk to get: tooth brush, slippers, tea, coffee etc, and it took hours for them to come to you

Great shower and bathroom. Fantastic views even on the 6th floor. Nice bed, carpet and plenty of wardrobe room. Good sound insulation. Great complementary toiletries.

The desk chair - flimsy, too low, not suitable to actually sit down and work. Difficult to block out all light. Missing USB charging outlets. Missing hair dryer.

Quite a big room, well organized and comfortable! Friendly and helpful team, willing to support at any stage. Excellent breakfast with the big variety of foods, all fresh and tasty.

We've arrived on Sunday at 17:00 and restaurant was closed. It's appeared that restaurant is not working each Sunday and Monday and there is no place were we could eat around hotel. I would estimate to have information that dinner on Sunday and Monday is not available at the hotel with CAPITAL letter of the very from page of facility description. We have ordered room service, while 2 main courses were available, and we have selected burger with salad. It was surprise to get on plate three very small burgers, having very small piece of meet inside. Small meat were well-well-done, almost dry. In case we would have a photo and explanation of this meal and yield in grams in the menu, we would not never order it :-(

Thankyou Daniëlla to make our stay, including my fathers 70th birthday so wonderfull. We had nice rooms and a very delicious breakfast in the morning.
