Comfort Inn Fort Erie

We had a great stay at the comfort Inn. The staff were lovely! The rooms were extremely comfortable and clean. It was well located - with shops and the supermarket within a 5 minute walk. I would have given it a higher rating but there is not so much to do in Fort Erie so it is hard to give it a 9/10.

Maybe a toaster to toast bread for breakfast...that would be nice!

a convenient place to stay if you are within the Peace Bridge border area of Canada. conveniently located near a main street with food and fuel, pharmacy, etc. access is via side street a block away from the exit to the U.S.A. cutoff. parking is adequate and faces the QEW highway. you don't really get highway noise as the cars and trucks are entering/exiting the border area. we didn't avail of the included breakfast but it was offered by the gracious staff. very friendly and accommodating employees. rooms are clean and beds are great and comfy. will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Staff, friendly and helpful. Our arrival time was delayed , we called ahead to let them know and they were wonderful , when we arrived the attention was very personalized .

By the time we came down for breakfast, even though it was within the breakfast time window, there were slim pickings. My suggestion would be to refill or restock the fridge/ shelves during the time frame of breakfast.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and made us feel welcome and comfortable. They were amazing. We had a jetted tub king bed room and everything we needed was available as advertised. I also liked that it was within walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping and pharmacies, yet the hotel was tucked away from all of that for a nice quiet atmosphere. We would definitely go there again!! Thanks for making our trip memorable!

The vending machines were pretty empty and stayed that way for the three nights we were there.

Breakfast was good for a basic/quick breakfast. Saved me having to buy breakfast at a restaurant so that was great! I liked that coffee/tea and juice was available 24/7!

I would have liked more choices for breakfast. There was only 1 type of muffin (bran) which my family doesn't eat . Cereal choices were good.

The room was clean and fresh. No weird smells in the hallways. Beds were comfy.

The cable box in our room (211) was broken. Price seems too high for a hotel of this class. The place would be impossible to find without GPS navigation as there are no signs on the outer streets pointing to its location.

Stuff was excellent, helping right away with the upcoming issue. Location was great.

Only remarks - loud heating and fan in washroom. Also, didn't like idea of grabbing breakfast from fridge by ourselves; preferring to be served by stuff rather than fridge door to be open twenty times by different people.

I liked everything. The staff were very friendly and polite. It was clean outside and inside, Very satisfied staying there.

It would be nice if there was a restaurant there, but lots of places in town to pick up food.

We had to get home earlier than expected and we cancelled our reservation at the last minute and they were excellent, friendly and helped us out without charging us for the night. Awesome customer service.

Staff were awesome. Super friendly and helpful. Room was clean and well fitted, bed comfortable.

only minus is the location is off the beaten track, so don't expect to walk anywhere. But it's quiet despite the proximity to the expressway.
