M Hotel Buffalo

The room itself was clean and comfortable. Nice and big, with fridge, microwave and coffee maker.

The hotel only has a shuttle from the airport at certain times and we had to pay $25 to taxi there due to our flight in being delayed a couple times. If you are going to offer a shuttle, it should be available 24/7 like other hotels do. Also the restaurant where you could get breakfast closed at 10 which does not accommodate weary travelers who want to sleep in a little. I could see if it was one of those complimentary continental things but this was an actual restaurant. Please consider leaving it open until 11 or 12 for people that need to sleep in.

The location was great, the staff were very pleasant. The room was exactly what you’d expect from your average hotel and for the price it definitely met our needs.

The walls are quite thin so we could hear full conversations and the tv from our neighbour. Only one elevator was in service so they would get quite backed up, but were quick so it wasn’t much of an issue. Our rooms AC barely worked so it was quite hot, even after turning it on max/very low for the entire stay.

We drove up for the Bill's playoff game spur of the moment. I found this hotel last minute, had no idea about location or anything. I must say, I was pleasantly surprised! Beautiful hotel, very welcoming, staff was friendly and helpful and I had my key in less than 2 minutes. Room was spacious, very clean, bathroom has toilet, sink, and shower all in the same area as opposed to sink being outside bathroom like some hotels. (That's always a no for me). Shower had perfect water pressure, temperature was perfect, sink water great pressure as well. Very clean. There is a beautiful indoor pool and dining area plus a recreational area where kids were playing hockey. Arcade, rooms with balconies overlooking pool area, a gym with dumbbells, treadmill, and elliptical. Parking was free and very convenient on the property. For those traveling and forget anything, there is a huge mall right across the parking lot! Plus, target, Walmart, Burlington, best buy, Dicks sporting goods, etc all within 2-3 minutes away. Plenty of restaurants and I must say, the hotel restaurant Twigs was very very delicious! The wings are a must try. Also, Santora's outside of the mall is a great restaurant with fun atmosphere. Tvs all around to watch sports, good drinks, good burgers, good pizza, and the best giant pretzel I've ever had! I would definitely stay at the M hotel again. Safe for traveling alone as well. Thank you for a pleasant stay! P.S Football stadium was 18 minutes away, 30 minutes with GameDay traffic.

My only complaint is ice machines are only located at the end of even numbered floors. Such as 2, 4, 6, 8. I need ice at all times so that was my only complaint! Oh and maybe not having an exhaust fan in bathroom. After a shower it stays hot in there.

Stayed at M Buffalo Hotel with Family & Friends and it was just an over night stay, so no issues with that. I could sleep peacefully after hectic day. Room was neat & clean , beds were good too. Niagara fall was 30 mins drive from this location, so not bad.

No Breakfast provided, breakfast option was given for $15 per person. Coffee was available at lobby. Coffee maker at room was not working (when I tried to use, rest was good). Restroom door was not having any lock. No bottled water available.

The staff were amazing from the time we checked in to the time we checked out.

The sofa pull out was old, dated, and sat at an angle. The person who slept on it had to sleep in the opposite direction blood wouldn’t rush to her head. The bathtub was also slightly clogged and didn’t drain water properly. We had to wait 20 minutes after every shower for the eta we to drain so the tub didn’t feel clean for thr next person.

Great lobby bar and staff. Great location for shopping. Had a pool side room which was amazing. Felt tropical and we had our door and window open all the time! Table and chairs out side our room to be part of the tropical court yard. Always coffee in your room or at the front desk. Still returning after 15 years!

Sink and tub were old and cracked. Should be replaced. No other complaints.

The location was closed to the GalleriaMall and everything else closed to the hotel. The hotel was very nice inside around the swimming pools. I prefer the rooms in the first floor.

The breakfast was the same for every day , they should to change the menu. The room service was not good because they cleaned the room every three days.

Love the retro ambience. The terrarium courtyard was beautiful. Breakfast was fantastic. Service was great and staff was very helpful and accommodating. They paid for a taxi for us since we had a late arrival at the airport!!

Not the cleanest if you are picky. Arcade had 1 game- luckily for my kids it was the claw game. It is dated but we loved the charm of it.

We like the hotel, its location and of course the pool.The staff are friendly , welcome you and thank you for staying .

We usually pay a little extra and stay on lower floors, didnt this time because we didnt get what we requested last time so we were up on 6th.floor...no big deal . We usually pay for 1st or second and double beds ..not used to that

The beds provided good comfort. Being on the 1st floor offered convenient access to the impressive swimming pool. The kids loved the pool. The room itself was generously spacious.

It would enhance the guest experience to provide a bit more shampoo and soap in the bathroom. While I could have requested more, the hour was late during my stay
