The room is nicely decorated, beds are very comfortable, everything one might need is available in the room (incl. mini fridge). The reception staff is friendly and helpful. It is possible (and offered) to leave the luggage there without cost before/after check in/out. The room is very quiet and has a good source of natural light. The AC is fast and good. The hotel has good safety measures.

A glass wall on the shower area would be appreciated, but the space is pretty functional with the curtain. Carpets are in need of renovation. Breakfast is very simple, but good enough to start the day. Only that the staff could be more friendly in this area, the table girl never replied a "good morning", a "thank you", or anything. Even not speaking English, just showing clients are not bothering for being there, is enough.

The Hotel is simple, however, very nice! It has a place to leave luggage before and after check-in/check-out. The receptionist was very friendly. The room is good, the blanket and pillows are amazing, it feels like you sleep in the clouds. Breakfast is very good, with plenty of options, it just bothers you that the women who replace the items are monitoring you the whole time and as soon as you finish eating they already remove your plate, regardless of whether you want to repeat it or not.

Breakfast was varied and very good. The WIFI was high speed and reliable. The room was big enough, with a small sofa, a chair, a bed and a desk. Room cleaning services happened daily. The staff was friendly. Close (3-4 minutes) to two subway stations on A and C lines, as well as shops and the National Museum.

The shower was very small and it was kind of difficult to not get the bathroom floor wet when taking a shower and moving around. Trams are frequently passing by the side streets and the vibrations are felt in the room (but you get used to it quickly and forget about it).

Location - next to Pavlova station, from where you can enter the Tram 22 (among others) which takes you to the main tourist spots. Wifi was good and stable. Breakfast was good and varied.

Breakfast was good and varied, but even though it is served until 10h, after 9:30h some items are not replenished (some types of bread, for example). Tourism daily tax - just a note that you need to pay this in cash. You can pay in Euro, so check in with the hotel first. Otherwise you will need to withdraw at an ATM, and most charge you a fee of 160 CZK.

The room was quite big, with space for working, and a nice wardrobe. Wifi was working well. For me the location was perfect, I was attending a conference 200 mts from the hotel. There are many restaurants in the zone. I walked down town a couple of times, but it is very well connected, with nearby tram and metro stations. The bed was really comfy. The breakfast is very complete: bread, juice, eggs, sausages, various types of cheese, yogurt, fruit, cereals, baked goods, etc. The staff at the desk spoke English, and they were helpful. Very quiet for sleeping :)

Honestly I can't think of any.

The hotel staff was very welcoming, polite and helpful. Breakfast was really good. Hotel is very beautiful and clean. We kept our luggage after check out to explore the city all day and had a late night bus so the hotel staff was supportive to let us collect our luggage back and sit in the lobby for the time being. Check in was smooth. Lift is available. Wifi is good. Bus station, tram station and metro all are close to the hotel just 2-3 mins walk. The best part was the one day train tickets were available at the hotel and we can pay in Euro as well. Just near to hotel is Rossmann, Burger King, KFC, Pizzeria, costa coffee and few more eateries that are open late night until 3 am. The distance to old Town and city centre is not much but via tram and bus it can be reached easily. Can walk also which is 1.5 to 2.5 kms.

There is nothing negative everything was upto our satisfaction. Thank you for the warm stay.

I liked that I was warmly greeted, and that it was closely situated to the city centre. It was very easy to hop off the metro and walk down. I also appreciated the warmth of the room, and the cleanliness of everything.

There was a small issue with the shower curtain, which was spilling out quite a bit of water when I would take it. I also didn't much care for leaving my suitcase in an unlocked location - but I didn't have much other choice. Besides that, everything else was good.

It's popular with Czech families which tells you that value is pretty good. Rooms for single travelers are small but have all amenities. If you're very tall your legs will stick out of the bed but that's fine in summer. There is a desk fan. Breakfast is ample, with the kitchen staff a little overly attentive. Desk staff is very helpful. Wifi is fine. Location is great - this is the first quiet street off center. It's a 15 minute walk to either Wenceslas Square, the main station and the Vinohradska party zone.

Excellent hotel. Ideally situated for the IP Pavlova metro and tram stop (note: you can buy an all-day travel pass from the office at the metro station and the public transport system is really good in Prague...you can be in the old town in 15 minutes). Room was spacious and clean, breakfast was really good and they have an outside area with benches and tables where you can eat it al-fresco if you wish. The side street the hotel was in was nice and quiet. Staff were wonderful, one of them waiting way past going home time to check me in as my flight been delayed ( I kept updating them via chat on the booking.com app, which worked really well). Thank you again for waiting (note they would have given me a pin number to get in but they waited anyway).

Absolutely nothing...best hotel I stayed in on my three-city trip.

I really like the location of the hotel. Still in the city but not very crowded and loud. Restaurants and fastfood are about 2-3 minutes walk from the hotel. Tram stops to other parts of the city are just 1-2mins walk. The staff are quite friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel to stay in Prague.

If there is one thing that may improve is the size of the shower. It is a bit tight space. Other than that, this is really a very nice hotel to stay.
