Cosy apartment that included two single beds, a kitchenette, a good sized smart TV, a good shower with body wash and shampoo included. Well located apartment just a ten minute walk to the very centre of Prague and a minute walk to the Vinohrady. The staff were very friendly and approachable.

The electrical appliances including lighting is controlled by a room key card which in theory sounds like a great idea but in practice there were a few times that the lights would suddenly go out and I would have to navigate to the key card slot in the dark to get the lights to turn back on, rather inconvenient but my only real grievance.

Location is great, the rooms are modern and have everything you need, beds are comfy. The curtains make the room completely dark so you can sleep well. The bathroom could use some more storage space for cosmetics, for example some shelf or a bigger sink. If you're booking in summer, be aware there's no AC, only a fan in the room.

The first thing I saw when I entered was dust on the floor in the corridor. Unfortunately it was not to only spot- every corner of the bedroom was also dusty, the bathroom floor too. The kitchen counter and the area with the coffee/tea station was also covered in dust. The fan that was provided as well. I was disappointed in the cleanliness level.

The location was fantastic. Easy access to facility and room even with online check-in.

No robes available. Small towels. One of the chairs was really dirty. The tea kettle didn't work properly - loose wires? I was disappointed to see that the housekeeping didn't even give us fresh towels. Also, the staff never bothered to respond to my message about an iron. I messaged them well before our arrival and received nothing in response.

The whole process for the check-in is perfect, everything can be done online, no need to wait at reception desk for checking in. Getting the keys is also very easy. The room is fully equipped with everything needed. Location is perfect, close to public transport and to the city center. Communication with the staff is very easy.

The elevator is in between the floors and you need to either go up or down, which is not very convenient if you have big luggage. Internet connection is good in general, but dropping from time to time for few seconds, which might even not be noticed if you don't need to have 100% stable connection.

Good location, about a 20 minute walk to the largest attractions. Felt very calm and quiet in the evenings. Great that it had kitchen supplies so we could cook a bit in the room. Felt like a very good value option for a stay in Prague.

Cleaning could be better -- hair and dust on floor, bed linen had holes and some old stains. There was a free daily cleaning service but that only covered taking out the trash and swabbing the floors. We stayed six nights and there was no exchange of towels or bed linen, or refill of soap even though it ran out.

I could not evaluate the staff, since I did not see anyone. I am not fan of such dehumanized accommodation options, however objectively speaking it is very fine apartment house with good possibility of parking in quite complicated area (concerning drivers). Clean and spacious place.

I find the check-in quite complicated, with necessity of filling bothering check-in form and repeated emails in this regard. Also the entry, and I was not alone, is quite complicated and it assumes you have smartphone, charged one, and that you download some app etc. I can imagine much easier check-in.

The junior suite is very cozy. Nicely and comfortable furnished with fully equipped kitchen corner. Also both room and the bathroom were very clean.

For check-in you need to use a mobile app where they send you electronic access key. I am very tech savvy, though I had problems to open the room. It worked well for the main entrance door, also for the elevator, but I couldn't open the room door. I spent several minutes on the call with someone to get it working. THE BREAKFAST IS NOT SERVED AT THE PROPERTY. It is served at their partner hotel which is about 600 meters / 8 min walking far away. This can be quite a surprise in the morning especially when you're in a hurry to work.

- Good location with 20 mins walk to city center and nice cafe around - enough space for 2 and even 3 people - kitchen with everything you need: electric kettle, tea/coffee, electric stove, microwave, plates and cups - spacious bathroom with shower gel and soap - hair dryer and iron

- very small and expensive parking spot: outside, thin entrance and 25 euro per night - electronic key entrance for only 1 person, so you have to take care of your phone and cannot share with roommate

Very nice rooms, clean comfortable and well outfitted.. No AC but we were expecting that and didn't miss it as there was a fan. We like it so much, we extended a night, to get some relaxation in.

Elevator is a retrofit, and only stops between the floors, needing you to go up or down by stairs. We got asked to "confirm" card before we checked in, which read and looked like a phishing attempt.. when we pushed back, we were told it was a spam and they were fixing the issue.. not sure what happened there..

Staff The staff was perfectly welcoming and kind and happy to help. Location Perfect location - everything is within a walking distance: shops, restaurants, transport stations, the centre Room The room was modernly equipped, everything worked and was perfectly clean. There is also a cleaning service provided every day. The bed was very comfortable and there was also a ventilator installed. It was overall a very pleasant stay and it is of very good value for money. I definitely recommend!
