Wellness Hotel Step

Really nice hotel just outside the centre, but with easy public transport links. The very best thing however was the staff. I speak no Czech and they were universally patient and kind. What impressed me most was the consistency of their approach across the hotel. The reception staff were all very good and I was super impressed with the way the young waitresses remained calm and polite on a very busy evening with lots of demanding customers. Unlike a few hotels I stayed in on this trip they were excellent at dealing with someone arriving by bike and looking for secure storage. Andrei the guy on the door gave lots of helpful tips about Prague and showed great Patrice with me wanting access to my bike in its locked storage.

Hard pushed to say, but if I had to find fault the massage in the wellness centre want great from a cyclists point of view, more a soothing massage than a proper sports massage.

Beds were very soft and nice to lay down. Room is spacious and its good enough for 2-3 persons. The gym has enough equipment and most of the time quiet, so you can gym in peace.

The bathroom may need a fix, water can splash everywhere since there is no glass to catch. Reception can be a little bit more friendlier. The swimmingpool, is only a one-time access, depending what kinda combination reservation you made. Pool is small and can be very crowded since the facility is a sporthall+hotel. It takes 10-15min depending on your walking speed to get to the nearest subway/tram station. (Although there are Bolt/Lime e-scooters)

Great hotel and location for what we wanted. Staff were all very nice and courteous. Very clean throughout. Easy to get transport onto the city 15 mins away. The pool and facilities were great and had a lovely time there, ( but had to pay 7 euros each for one hour) which I'd hoped would have been included. Very very small niggle, there was no kettle facilities in the room which for a 4 star hotel I would have expected and the TV was limited for UK to BBC world news. If they could improve on these then it would be top marks. We had 2 rooms, ours was ok, but the kids room was very warm and couldn't get the air conditioning to work.

pool was not already included in fee, but we were given two hour passes for the price of one hour.

Panoramic view on Prague and the railway absolutely advanced system were very impressive. The sounds of trains didn't bother us at all, opposite - helped to sleep well✌️. Wellness center with the swimming pool, jacuzzi, saunas, steam room, bar, sauna ritual shows etc.made our 2 night stay really healthy & enjoyable. The bed was comfortable, the breakfasts were luxury and tasty. Thank you, all the staff.

We wish the hotel had a rooftop or a high floor terrace/es. We were expecting that the pool would be with the view too. But it's located in the basement and the terrace in the Sauna World area doesn't give my h view either. But it's ok, the pool is very good as it is & the Souna World is fantastic, it's really worth to be explored. 😁👍

My trip was awesome, Good Location, and friendly staff. Breakfast was delicious and the facilities are well easy to access from Hotel to Wellness. The staff of wellness was very good except for one teen girl who was rude and treated me a little aggressively but I do not want to give a bad experience review to others because the other staff are awesome. Hotel Receptionist was very helpful, they speak many languages and were very friendly, understand the situation and they solve our problem so fast and quickly. The Breakfast team was super nice and served us their services very well. My room was quiet and comfy. The Area has the nearest Tram, Bus, and Metro station just by walk.

Staff was very helpful and friendly, breakfast was good, parking is safe and easy, hotel has many amenities but most of the sport activities are shared with locals so it gets busy.

Rooms were small and dated, we took two rooms connected by a door which is not the best choice for us as a family with teenagers. Bathroom was clean but still smells bad. Beds were narrow but comfortable, there is a railway nearby so you can hear trains running by, the entire area seems like industrial district. Internet was not stable most of the time. The worst was the change room at the pool with zero privacy, quite a shocking experience for our kids.

room was large, comfortable, 2 big TV, fast internet connection (i could work with VPN or stream without any issues), nice bathroom. staff is amazing, very friendly and can react quickly to the queries. facilities are also great as you have bars, restaurant, wellness center, bowling and any king of sport activities. despite the location not being the best we stayed 5 nights and were never bored. the sauna world is amazing :) Overall I recommend this fine establishment and will probably come back to relax!

unfortunately the cleaning… despite all the staff (including cleaning ladies) being very nice. when we arrived, we found underwear of someone behind the curtains, spoons were dirty and overall a lot of dust (not only due to the carpet but because of lack of maintenance). we were opening the windows to get a bit better but still.. the next day the cleaning lady came and she probably only tidied the room and vacuumed but that was it… dust was still here on the furnitures so we had to do it ourselves. it s really a pity because besides this everything was perfect.

Me and my partner had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff went their out of the way to help us ans gave realy ussefull informations and greatly appreciated. The room was specious and clean, and the bed was very comfy and also had two separate duvets which is a bonus for those with duvet hogging partners. The breakfast did not disappoint and had a great selection which also caters for vegetarians. For me personally, the wellness of the hotel was perhaps the best thing about our stay. Overall, the level of service, affordability, quality of hotel and location would be hard to match elsewhere in Prague and would definitely stay again if I travel to Prague.
