Great location, lovely decor, well equipped smallish rooms but normal for Paris The spa facility is only available between 11 and 5 otherwise for private use and fees to pay.

Really stylish. Absolutely excellent staff with a great attitude and willing to do all they could to help. Great location with a cool, relaxed atmosphere. Comfortable bed and well thought-out bedroom layout which compensated well for a small room

Connecting a device to the screen was near-impossible. We had to go out and buy an hdmi cable because the hotel wireless connection service did not work. Wasted frustrating hours trying to get this to work, despite the best effortd of staff who tried to find am hdmi cable for us. The shower was ok, but could have bedn better. Also couldn't find the card telling us how to use the internal telephone system.

Cozy well decorated boutique hotel in an excellent location. Close to several metro and RER lines. Room was not the largest (but this is Paris). Very easily accessible and walking distance to most tourist sights and transport hubs. Lots of food and shopping options within walking distance. Very close to Galleries Lafayette Haussmann & Printemps department stores. Loveliest and most helpful staff who spoke English well. The area felt safe even for solo walking at night. Bathrobes, slippers, coffee machine was very much appreciated. Strong wifi connection. Good varied lighting in room and large windows that can be opened for fresh air if needed. Good water pressure with rain shower. Sufficient toiletries and towels provided. Safe, hairdryer and minibar also handy.

Bath and shower design caused the floor to get very wet during showers. TV software had to be rebooted on several occasions but the front desk and technical team acted quick to fix any problems. Could do with more English language and movie channels. Did not manage to get as late a checkout as required as hotel was full but they gladly held my luggage. Furniture (especially the table and 2 chairs) showed signs of wear, the red cushioned chair back and seats had obvious frays.

Good location in Paris; near to Printemps/ Galeries Lafeyette and Auber Station which is easy to commute from Gare de Lyon and to Paris Disneyland with the RER A line. Bed was firm and comfortable, room and bathroom is warm and cosy. Room does not come with an electric kettle but we managed to request for 1 from the reception. We also asked for an ironing board and iron, and requests were promptly responded to.

Nothing, everything met our expectations. Room size is not that big, but acceptable for Paris.

Hotel was great placed in the city. Room was perfect for sleeping location is better then expected spa didn't used because you need to pay after 18 o clock Next time we will take other hotel because Spa was not used

spa only free before 18 o clock sorry very disapointed. For Breakfast we only went one time because quality not really good.

The Hotel was perfect, the staff was super friendly and ready to help us at any time! The rooms were comfortable and very clean. The room service was really efficient. The position of the Hotel is really good. It's so close to, at least, a couple of important metro stations and it's so easy to reach almost every zone of the city.

Superb location a few minutes walk( 5 -10 )from metro and RER A . The hotel is near Opera . Concorde square can be reached on foot in 20 minutes. The room was pleasant clean and quiet The staff was nice The breakfast had lots of choises and the staff in breakfast room was very kind

The shower in our room was walk in without a door so the water came out No kettle in our room
