my room wasn’t in good standing tv didnt work door didn’t close correctly. wasn’t too clean

The room was very comfortable and the bathroom quite large. Everything was perfectly clean. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood and there were no noises that could disturb us. The staff was always very helpful.

There was no closet to hang clothes (shirts, suits, dresses). The blow dryer was overheating very quickly and did not work for more than a couple of minutes at a time. Breakfast was below average for this type of hotel but the croissants were tasty. Complimentary water was provided in a glass bottle with a metal cap, but you could not open the bottle without a bottle opener. So we had to use the plastic water bottle from the mini-bar which we had to pay for. The tiles in the toilet had split open in several areas. None of the above are major flaws but they are small points which the hotel could improve upon to make the customer experience even better.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Comfortable sizable room with a view across Paris. Convenient for the Place de Charles de Gaulle and the Champs Elysees. Quiet location.

The sink didn't have a plug so I had to use a bar of soap to block it when shaving. The shower head couldn't be secured on the rail. I would have preferred a more powerful shower... No milk for coffee although a machine was provided.

Close to the main attractions of the city.

Poor cleaning in the room. The windows dirty.

Staying at Villa Maillot was an enjoyable experience, comfortable size room overlooking the city/Arc Triumph, friendly staff, nicely designed Hotel. And walking distance to the Metro station/Bus stop/Train stations. I highly recommend the Hotel to future guests. I will definitely stay again, next time I’m in Paris.

Location was perfect. Pillows, bed and room were extremely comfortable and shower was great. Loved the kettle and coffee machine in the room.

The building works in the hotel reception was a little off putting. Hotel website promised a vegan breakfast option however unfortunately this wasn’t available.

All was perfect. Staff were so friendly, helpful qnd generous. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and pretty. And certainly very clean. Breakfast is delicious Location is perfect

I liked mostly all , specially the view from the room and how quiet it was in the mornings ,overall a good hotel

The AC unit , it was too hot in the room and the AC was very slow on bringing down the temperature for a comfortable sleep . Also the bed was way to hard , at lease for my taste , others can find it ok. We were given wrong information about visiting the Eiffel Tower by the gentleman at the reception the night we arrived .

Very nice room, rather convenient position only few hundred meters from some metro stations. A Carrefourt Express just in front of the hotel allows you to gather food and any other needed product eaily and cheap from early in the morning.

Ok that this is Paris,... but prices are high. I could afford it as it was a businness trip, but otherwise I would have had to conder seriously the high price.
