The Sauna and jacuzzi were great. The food was also very tasty.

The room was tiny. Food menu was limited for someone with gluten and dairy allergies.

Really friendly, English speaking staff. Hotel was a great location in a quiet street with a small supermarket next door for yummy french treats to take into the city for lunch and snacks. Great location, just 5 min walk from Bastille Metro with 10 min tube/metro train right into centre - Lourve etc. Or we walked too - 30 mins on foot from centre. We had a simple basket of local French breads and cakes with pastries, Jam and honey for breakfast and it was delicious. Would stay again. Loved spa for tired legs after a day of exploring.

La finca hotel and SPA is an amazing place to stay for couple of days. the hotel is nicely located in the middle of the city, but in a calm and central street, that gives you access to multiple touristic places, its 5 min walk from the multiple metro stations. In addition the hotel has a nice bar/restaurant with cool vibes, and surprisingly does affect the quietness in the room. the bar tender is great and super friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back!!

The SPA facilities were lovely, and the fact it is so close to the Subway - a little walk down to the Bastille and you are right at the main line towards Notre Dame, Louvre, Tuilleries, Champs Elisées, and Arc de Triomphe - really was a plus. The bed was super confortable, and the space, though small, was cleverly used.

Breakfast not included on our reservation, and buying it extra was expensier than in close by cafés. In our 2 day staying, one of the nights the SPA wasn't available, with no previous notice for that.

We stayed at La Finca for 3 nights in August with our 2 daughters who are 15 and 17 and really loved it. The whole place is really thoughtfully designed and just feels loved and really clean and well maintained. The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful, breakfast was great and good value compared with what is on offer in many similar places in Paris. Sure the rooms are pretty small, but we were staying in one of the world's great cities so weren't too fussed about spending time in the room and we know that a big room in a big city tends to come with a big price-tag.... As the hotel is in a reasonably central location, the streets outside can be noisy - but the windows were good at keeping out the noise and the air-con was super quiet. So if we were there during the day we kept the windows open and enjoyed hearing the buzz of city life outside, and at night... just shut the windows and enjoyed the quiet. Great place. There are some really excellent restaurants nearby (especially Aujourd'hui Demain just down the road), and a number of Metro stations on different lines within a short walk. Just a great place. Would highly recommend.

Honestly... nothing that we didn't like. I could put down the small rooms and the street noise as negative points. But they are negatives that naturally come with a central location, and are not the fault of the hotel itself.

The hotel has a super cool, relaxed vibe and decor. There is a bar and restaurant in the lobby and has great breakfast and dinner. Loved our rooms, they were smartly furnished with it everything you need. The beds were very comfortable and there's is a grocery store across the street for snacks and anything else you may want or have forgotten! Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We asked for two rooms together because we were traveling as a family and we were in the pretty rooms right next to each other. Our Parisian breakfast was included in the room cost and included unlimited hot drinks, Cafe au lait for the adults and hot chocolate for the kids, unlimited baguette slices and croissants with Nutella, jam and butter and a choice of juice orange, grapefruit etc. Dinner had a good selection of wines and entrees to accommodate kids and parents and the service was stellar! Made our first visit to Paris a dream!

Friendly, open and interesting people work here. Very small room by US standards but had everything I needed. New bathroom fixtures, very comfy bed, plus looked out on greenery and street. Surprisingly quiet, love the neighborhood, grocery across the street, fabulous Sunday Market right across the boulevard. Oooh La La! Would stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay at La Finca. The room was beautifully decorated, well equipped and very comfortable. Despite being in a convenient location, the window cancelled the noise effectively. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room, though small, was not too small for us as a couple. It was fine. The jewel in the crown of the hotel is the spa. Being open 24 hours a day, you're sure to find time to be in there without any other guests, making it an incredible, private retreat in the middle of Paris. The photos are not deceptive, it is quite spacious with a good jacuzzi and steam room. As mentioned earlier, the location is great, being right next to a metro station with easy access to the rest of the city, and surrounded by lots of shops, boulangeries, restaurants and cafés. Next time we're in Paris, we will definitely return.

Lovely people, nothing too much trouble. Very comfortable bed.

One small thing is that the main light switch also turns off some of the plugs so if you want to charge devices overnight you need to work out which plug will stay on when lights are off. (Also teeny tiny thing … in order to put anything on the bedside tables you had to put lamps on floor where they are then in the way. ) I mention this only so that the owners can look at this it’s not a big issue.

The rooms are not luxurious but very cozy. The whole hotel gives an amazing positive vibe. Staff is friendly and helpful. We were even able to check in quite early. Breakfast is mostly pastries and a baquette, tasty and enough to start the day. Location is impeccable with 3 metro stations max 5min away, as well as a close proximity of good restaurants. Bed was comfortable. Even though the windows fave the street we didn't hear a sound during the night.

Toilette door are just slide ones and they dont really close fully, so there is no privacy or noise protection.
