We loved the design of the apartment, its cleaness and confort. We found everything one needs when traveling: neet bathrooms, comfortable beds, well equiped kitchenette, power sockets, etc . It was above expectations. I fully recommend it

The only issue is that there is no staff receiving you and giving you recommendations about your stay. It's an impersonal experience that is not always welcoming when you are visiting a new place.

Comfortable beds, location, clean and fresh and secure

Far too many lights, Even at night with everything closed up there are lights that you can't turn off. I like a dark room to sleep in so I had to pile pillows up so light wasn't on my face. Also not eco friendly. The bathroom has wires that are hanging out above the mirror and also more lights down the side of a wall that is back to the raw wall.Someone came in twice in 4 days to do room tidy ,no notification or request to do so, wasn't happy to find someone had been while we were out. No teatowel to dry dishes. It is a nice apartment but not for us with those annoyances.

Excellent central location in Athens, Very close to Neo Kosmos Metro station. Clear instructions on entering the building. Excellent support staff. The managers managing the property were brilliant. They are so prompt on responding to queries and sorting things out - special mention to PANOS - he was brilliant at trouble shooting. We upgraded to a suite with a hot tub for 3 days. If you are looking to stay central in Athens this is a very clean, secure place with easy access to metro. Highly recommend. There is also a gym at the basement which was very functional.

Nothing major to complain about. Maybe they could schedule garbage emptying and towel change more regularly - but if asked they were so prompt and helpful - so not a major issue at all.

The apartment was perfect for us! Located just minutes walking distance from the metro link so we could explore Athens. A busy wee suburb with bakeries, coffee shops, clothes, shoes, a few supermarkets, and chemist shops, as well as dine in or take away food options. The apartment was modern and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable, and we felt like we were home. The Host, Leia, was amazing and very forthcoming with information for places to dine, what we should do, and any other questions we may have had. The gym is small but has everything you need. Our balcony was grrat to sit out in the warm air, and see how massive Athens is. Overall,it was a great experience, and we would 100% recommend this place and stay again.

There literally isn't one thing that I could complain about.

maybe the sofa bed… as a sofa to sit on was not the most comfortable… but this is a very minor detail maybe more items in the kitchen area difficult to have the kettle and toaster in use as there are no power connections close to the kitchen worktop maybe more pans,… and a tea towel would be very useful for guests maybe a larger draining device for washed plates etc all minor comments as overall the property is excellent thanks

The apartment was 3 minutes walk from the metro station and in a very quiet neighbourhood, its just 2 stops from the museum and 3 stops from the city centre by the metro, tram station is just in the corner of the apartment, the location is exactly although there is no view for u from the balconys but i did not mind it, the jacuzzi was a nice touch and was easy to use.

on my first day when i arrived i found out that there is a passcode for the door but it was not sent to me and i did not have Sim card yet so I couldn’t contact them and there was no one to help me, no security or reception , it was at night and i got my old mother and my child with me and it was cold and i was standing in the dark in a new city so it was a bit scary but then I contacted them from a random guy on the street mobile and they gave me the code so yeah that was no fun.

This is a new apartment hotel. The apartment is very nice, well equipped . The check-in is super easy - receive an email with one password for all the doors. They have a tablet that allow to order from breakfast / grocery to massage or taxi. The neos kosmos metro station is like 5 min walks( there is nothing to do around the apartment. ) Overall, it was an excellent apartment for 4 days .

Just a few things. The bedroom and bethroom blinds are working together, so basically, all the time, the blinds are down for privacy, (But it looks like it can be separate - and if they fix this, it will be much more convenient) The door handle was falling down, but again, this is a new apartment, and things like this happened. (And to be honest, we didn't even try to tell anyone because it is such a little thing, and we don't want to waste our time )

Overall we loved our stay at the metro suites. Beautiful and modern and spacious. The jacuzzi was definitely a bonus! We had a 5 night stay and even our room was given housekeeping one of the days which I didn’t expect considering it’s not a hotel. Close to the metro stations which are just a short trip to main attractions. Coffee pod machine Kitchen supplies for cooking - including fridge and freezer, microwave oven.

Excellent location! Great system with codes Wonderful, large shower room Very comfortable bed Lovely balconies TVs useful things like pots and pans + salt and pepper were available + 5 min walk to Kinosargous hill which is a wonderful place to overlook the whole city (including the Acropolis, Lycabettus and the sea) and perfect to watch the sunset! 😍

there was a small leak coming from the room above me into my bedroom in the evening - only happened twice but thought it was worth mentioning!

Modern, spacious and immaculately presented property. Good location, within short walking distance to both the tram and the metro stations that are only a couple of stops from Syntagma. Would thorougly recommend for solo travellers who are comfortable paying a slight premium for their travel accommodation as you are getting huge value for money on this place.

That it was difficult to get in touch with the property managers and there was no one on site.
