Roganstown Hotel & Country Club

Staff were really good especially Bo in the restaurant/bar. Very impressive reception area. Breakfast was very relaxed with attentive staff. Food was brilliant....scones in afternoon just out of the oven. Both evening meals really good...especially calamari starter, chockem thighs main, creme brulee & dark choc/coffee tart. Room was good size & warm with comfy bed...shower & bath realxing Orla was very helpful at golf reception....she booke dme on to Swords course as Roganstown was clsoed due to weather. Course enjoyable with excellent greens

In my opinion need some more lighting from car park to main entrance

Everything was amazing! Beautiful place they do have events which get quite loud but If you're window isn't open the rooms are fairly sound proof from outside.. wouldn't count against the hotel for the 3rd party dj. My first night was exceptionally quiet. It's Saturday night there's a wedding. Nothing wrong with a little Cher on Saturday night. Honestly though you can't hear ANYTHING with windows closed! It's a beautiful place and the staff are lovely. So helpful, so kind, the breakfast was amazing. The restaurant is amazing. The bar is amazing. The location couldn't be more beautiful! I was shocked when I pulled in. Shocked in the best of ways. Absolute 10 of 10 and will be coming again any time I'm in the dublin area.

Hubby & I stayed here as we were attending Malahide castle for a gig. It would have been more convenient to stay in Dublin City due to lack of public transport services. That said it was a lovely location with beautiful grounds. Loved the fact I could get a few swims in while away & pool very clean, showers great too. Staff friendly and go above and beyond. Only encountered one member of staff (cleaner) who was pretty stand offish. Breakfast really nice and even though a cooked buffet was all set up ready to go we asked if we could have scrambled egg and staff only too happy to oblige. Room comfortable and overlooked the golf course. Would recommend for a nice quiet getaway

Little bits and pieces could be done to tidy up general appearance of bathroom like re-grouting, old sealant removed and resealed would really freshen it up. Shower curtain a bit naff too. Maybe just my opinion but I feel would make a huge difference

I like everything from quite place location, beutiful reception, spacefull nice decorated wedding hall, summer terrace for morning coffee, spacefool room ,beutiful view around, romantic sunshine. Nice swimming pool with bubbly jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. Good breakfast with huge choice of dessert and lovely lady who welcome us there. Just few warm words from her in a morning and rest of your day will definitely be positive and nice.. .

A girl from reception in early morning can destroy mood to everyone. Moody answer not seems normal from girl in reception for the guest hu woke up and came to you for information, just to ask one simple question about swimming pool before opening... I only happy,that after short walk,and swimming pool, when we came for breakfast, a lady who welcomed us there was amazing... her lovely smile and warm chat with all coming for breakfast guests fix everything for the rest of my day...

The hotel was beautiful and the staff was amazing went there for a 10 years anniversary married when we went up to the room there was a card saying happy anniversary from the hotel and a cake it was amazing we had a meal and the food was beautiful the next morning we had breakfast and the staff her name Jane I think she was on top with everything we needed me and my husband recommend anyone to stay in this hotel as it's so peaceful for comfort ourselves thanks so much for making are day and night so amazing

The golf course the swimming pool its amazing getting a massage was amazing I felt like a new woman and my husband felt like a brand new man so amazing

Loved the style and feel of the Hotel , million miles away from the sterile corporate hotels with no souls ! Food in the restaurant (Bar) was excellent , really good , lots of people eating in the hotel and everyone seemed really happy. Staff are excellent and friendly. Overall would happily stay again in the hotel , locations is great , rooms very comfortable and feel of hte hotel is great. Staff are also very very good

Breakfast room was very cold in the morning , quality of breakfast was OK , should have been better , quality was OK, but the cold breakfast room was very poor , people had their coats on !

Breakfast was excellent, bar menu was only available at the time of our stay, this was very good as well, main dinning area was to open just after we left so can't comment on it. room was great, very clean and tidy cleaners did an excellent job, and staff were very accommodating. Spa, pool and wellness area was very good, 2 off great golf courses in close proximity, All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The only thing we would have liked was a area around the location that we could have went out of the hotel for a good brisk walk, without jumping in the car to do it.

Nice Country House style hotel in a beautifully quiet location. Really really nice staff, very helpful and genuine hospitality shown, in particular the lady that checked us in and our servers in the bar/restaurant. Food was lovely in the bar/restaurant, although we only had starters and sides, but they were excellent. Would definitely stay here again and have no problems recommending to others.

Difficulty getting hot water for a shower on the morning.

Breakfast was not included when we booked on booking.com, so would have cost 16 euros extra on the day, so check if its included while booking as its much cheaper! When we queried this with rhe manager and staff, they could not have been nicer or more accommodating. The breakfast was excellent and the hotel was spotless with airy rooms and confortable beds and a lovely old style bar and lounge area. Brilliant value for money, we will definitely return for another visit!

Beautiful venue and setting. From check in to check out all staff were really attentive and friendly. Food was lovely with a good selection to choose from, something for everyone's pallate. Restaurant staff were helpful and friendly

Car park a bit cramped at times awkward to park due to time of usage and other hotel and leisure traffic on site. But this is just a minor inconvenience
