Combo Bologna

Everything was great. The best hostel I ever stayed at. Not only do they have a 24/7 reception so you can check-in anytime, but they also have their own terrace, little cafe inside. The place looks so cozy and sweet I think it's very enjoyable for people who stay here long-term. I was only there one night but when I come back to Bologna I'm gonna book this place again. They give a free towel, clean sheets, a place to charge your devices, cute little lamp, the bathroom is very clean. They have lockers and they give you a card to go inside instead of keys which is super cool. Oh, and the staff was super sweet. The guy there even helped with calling pharmacies here to book my antigen test. He suggested me a place to go take it and I'm just happy that such nice people work there.

Cleanliness, room size, room and general facilities was very good. Also it was not very noisy like other hostels. Staff was always kind and helpful.

It seems very close to train station but the distance is not very short

My stay here was so much fun. I met so many wonderful people, staff and guests alike. It's gorgeous, clean, accessible 24/7, good breakfast, and there are even coin-op washing and drying machines downstairs. If you happened to need detergent and/or fabric softener, there was a vending machine for both one-use detergent and one-use softener for less than a euro each in the same room as the machines. And there were even an iron and ironing board, both of which I needed desperately! It's a cute and affordable option close to Bologna Centrale, probably 15 minutes walking or less.

It's at the end of a street that's kind of secluded. As a solo female traveler, I didn't feel comfortable going out alone at night. So make sure to bring at least one travel partner with you!

The hostel is located in a modern building, is very clean and well maintained. The staff is super nice and helpful & available 24/7. The private twin room we had is very spacious, has towels, soap, hairdryer, fridge, 2 wardrobes, many shelves, a desk and of course a private bathroom. The breakfast bar is great, on the spot you can either book the whole breakfast buffet or just coffee and croissant. The hostel is a 15-minute walk to the central railway station. Overall, the standard is very high considering the price we paid. We recommend it for shorter as well as for longer stays in Bologna.

The two people room was quite spacious, I guess it used to be a student dormitory or such for permanent stay. The two beds were distanced from each other, there were big desk, enough shelfs and wardrobes, desk lamps, also a little fridge. Electricity plug, reading light and a small shelf over the beds were very convenient. Bathroom was fine. The towels were changed after second day. We did not need any heating in February, the room itself was quite warm and blankets were more than enough to keep warm. The area where the hotel is located is very quite, so no noise disruption even on the ground floor. There are study room, laundry room, lockers etc. in the building.

Location is not too bad, but 15 minutes walk to central station, and further into the Bologna old town became tiring during the trip. Taking a bus is not a faster option. We arrived to Bologna late in the night and needed to walk for 25 minutes because the passage of the train station towards that side of the city was closed then. The AC in the room made so much noise in the night although it was off all the time. As expected in Italy, breakfast was mostly based on sweets , it was fine but there could be a more variety. Toilet in the room was not dirty, but it might be used before us, there were some hair on it. Having a kettle and some cups in the room would be great.

The location is a little far from the center but we knew this when booking. You can easily reach the center by walking for 20-25 minutes. The train station and bus station are 10-15 minutes away. It was in a quiet and beautiful location. We stayed in a double room. We only stayed for 1 night but it was pretty good. The room was clean and spacious. The garden and recreation area were also very enjoyable. I’m sure it will have a very nice ambience in the summer months. The employees were friendly and smiling.

We just didn't like the scent in the room. Also, the beds seem not to be very suitable for tall people because even though I am short, I constantly hit my foot on the cabinet at the head of the bed.

We had a private double room and we could say it was perfect. Looks better than on the photos. Everything clean and tidy. In our room there were kettle, cups, towels, hair dryer, soap and showergel. The beds were comfortable. The staff were really friendly. We arrived earlier, so the let us leave our bags in a room. There is a bar in the building where you can have a coffee or something to eat. Nice area outside where you can enjoy the wether and read a book. Location is good also. Its near the railway station… we had a train to catch in the morning, so it was better for us. The city center is not so close, but we had a great walk. I think there is also a bus from to the city center to the combo, but not in service on Sunday. You can also rent a bike from the combo or you can download an app and use some of the bicycles in the city (scan a bike with the app and rent it). It was very cheap and easy to see the city. The are a lot of bicycles in Bologna. I can definitely recommend this place!

We really enjoyed our stay. The bed was super comfortable in our twin room and super spacious. There was a small fridge, nice windows, big wardrobes and the bathroom was spacious with towels both days we stayed. The bar has nice coffees and cakes and the desk guys were always helpful. Lovely room.

It is about 10 minutes walk to the station and much longer by walk to the city center but we enjoyed the stay anyway and we did not mind the walk as was just a weekend. The only thing I would suggest because the bed was so nice, to have better pillows or two pillows instead of one.

I booked a private twin. The room was MASSIVE. So much space!! Alot of storage space too, more than my own room at home! Very clean and comfy beds. I got the vibe of shared university dorms. The bathroom was also a good size with a heated towel rail- nice after coming in from the cold and after a shower. I would defiantly stay again. On our explorations we found a cinema and cheap laundry in the basement. There is also a bar on site but I didn't get a chance to use it

About a 10 minute walk from the main station and located through a housing complex. Not a bad thing just wasn't what I expected initially. Not overly soundproof but I slept through any noise just fine once I was asleep.

Everything! Friendly, helpful staff.So welcoming at check in. Decent breakfast, clean comfortable room.Really handy to be able to cook a couple of meals during our stay . We wanted to say a big "Grazie" to Vicenzo who was also really helpful on our arrival. The experience felt like you had the flexibility of a hostel, with hotel comfort. Few minutes walk to train station- so convenient. Excellent value for money, for sure.

Nothing really , maybe a few more items at breakfast but that is being a bit picky
