Clean and spacious room with separate sitting area. Shower/Toilet is a small. Coffee/tea facilities in room and common fridge is available at the reception. Strong and stable wifi. Air-condition is also very strong, which is great because weather was quite hot during this period. And air-conditioning in room kept mosquitoes and flies out. Silvia is a very friendly host and she does the daily housekeeping (very well) herself. Entrance into building by code and card key to room.

The room is on the fourth level and we had to climb 65 steps to room. Can be a challenge with heavy luggage. Pity that there is no microwave oven to heat up food. The room rate is also on the high side.

The location is very close to all the main attractions in Florence and only a 20 min walk from the main train station. The room was even bigger than I was expecting and felt very comfortable. There was also a mini communal kitchen that we could us with a fridge. The host was very friendly and helpful. Despite being in a busy part of town it was very quiet as the street is pedestrian use only.

Although I knew about the stairs this was a downside of the accommodation but it wasn't a problem for us as we were only staying a couple of nights.

What an amazing B&B! In a central location, two minutes from Uffizi museum and Ponte Vecchio. The room was huge, clean, with a comfortable bed, a separate wardrobe room and modern bathroom with shower. The decor is what you'd expect of olden times in Florence. Terracotta floors, affresco walls and tall decorated ceilings. Silvia, our host, was very welcoming and showed us the tea and coffee facilities in the living area (and the little fridge! ) as well as sharing her knowledge of Florence. The rooms are located at the top floor and there is no lift, but that adds to the charm of this unique accommodation.

Location was incredible! We knew it was central when booking but when there everything was only a short walk away, and most under 5min! Easy to return to multiple times during the day to decompress or drop off shopping or whatever without losing any time or energy.. Silvia was very kind and helpful. She gave us lots of super tips which became some of the top highlights of our trip. Silvia also made sure we arrived well and left detailed instructions on entering our room and how to contact her if needed. We didn't have any problems, but we did meet her, which is how we got the top tips! We were also allowed to leave our luggage at the accomodation reception after checkout which was fantastic - again especially due to the central location).

The location is amazing, we loved it! Right in the center of the city, also the train station is very close, a pleasant walk passing through the Piazza del Duomo. The place was cozy, spacious and even if no breakfast is available you have everything you need: a common kitchen with a refrigerator, kitchen tools, free coffee and tea and so on. Also the host is very very nice and helpful. When we will return to Firenze we will definitely stay here again. Thank you for everything.

The floors were not that clean, so bring with you a pair slippers maybe and it will be fine. Pay attention that there are a lot of stairs and no elevator. For us it was not a problem, as we were aware that this is an historical building.

Everything was great, perfect location (a 5 minute walk from the Uffizi gallery and a 15 minute walk from Tram Central Station), wonderful apartment in vintage Italian style, clean and had everything you need (extra pillows, plenty of towels, tea/coffee, hair dryer and toiletries). Our apartment had 2 rooms, which is very comfortable for those traveling as a family. We were very satisfied with everything and will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

Best quality room in the hot spot in Florence old town. Abnormally spacious for the location. Grand finishes and quality were beyond expectation. Sylvia is a gracious host and could probably double for a decent travel/ tourist agent. The aircon worked well which was very necessary considering the heat wave. A light duty communal kitchenette assisted comfort while staying. No road noise and peaceful environment makes it conducive for good sleeping after having hectic tourism days. Great restaurants around the corner and in immediate vicinity. This accommodation is a true value proposition.

Going up and down 69 steps to third floor hauling your luggage up and down was not the best experience. The sign at the front door should be 3x bigger.

The room size was quite big with a very high beautiful wooden ceiling. Also there was a separate cloakroom with a big mirror with enough space for the clothes and the stuff. Silvia is a great and very kind person! It was a pleasure to meet her and we appreciate a lot all her advices about Florence and local restaurants. The apartment is located within 5 min walk to the main destinations like Uffizi gallery and Ponte Vecchio, on the same street as famous All’Antico Vinaio (always huge line!).

Pay attention that the hotel is located on the 4th (3rd in Italy) floor and there is no elevator, consider it if travelling with children or with a bulky luggage. Though for us it was a good practice before reaching the top of Duomo Dome and the Bell-tower (no elevators and 414 steps!) :)

The location is just perfect. The room snd bad is comfortable. The bathroom is clean and spacious. The hostess is very friendly. There was a small terrace in our room. It was nice to seat there at evenings with glass of vine.

The hotel is located in last floor, no elevator. We were ok with that, but if someone has a big language or, issues with climbing the stairs, they will have an issue

The property had all the amenities we needed, even with a toddler. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean and spacious. The balcony was a plus! There was a common area where you can chill and have coffee or make coffee in their kitchen and take it to your room! Its very close to the major sites. Close to great cafes and restaurant.

The stairs! I do not recommended the place if you have small children or a lot of luggage to carry. If you don’t mind the 65 steps or 5-6 flights of stairs, then this place is great!
