Hotel Cosmos

The room was nicely decorated and modern. It had all the facilities we needed i.e. a fridge and a safe. The hotel is located on a really quiet street so we slept great while staying here. Had the breakfast one morning which was decent for a continental breakfast (and there's a nice outdoor area to sit and eat).

The room was a bit small but we did have a giant suitcase taking up quite a bit of room so that won't have helped. Slightly further out from the main attractions than we would have liked but we chose it for it's proximity to the train station.

Hotel was exceptionally clean and in a great area, just a few minutes walk from Florence centre and the train station. We had a large room, which came with an incredibly comfy bed! Breakfast was €6.50 from the hotel, which was a buffet, and I would highly recommend. Would not hesitate to return here upon another trip to Florence and will be highly recommending this hotel to others!

Great to have tea/coffee in the room, however it would have been great to have milk as standard with it. If you are a light sleeper, bring ear-plugs if you can - most of the time it is quiet enough, however we had loud bangs from upstairs at times

My boyfriend and I loved every aspect about this hotel. The staff everyday were soooooo nice and attentive. Any questions we had, they helped us. The breakfast area was sooo cute. I wish we sat out on the garden. Our room was a lot more spacious than I expected and it was just perfect. We loved everything about it. We plan to return to Italy and DEFINITELY stay at this hotel.

I wouldn’t say I didn’t like it, but the rooms do not get very very very cold at night but I assume with 80 degree weather it might not.

Our Reception by Margarita was welcoming and she was extremely helpful in pointing us in the right direction for sightseeing,Food and offcourse shopping. The morning receptionist and Breakfast Staff were great as well.Facilities excellent ,Breakfast more than enough with very friendly service on both days. Train Station and City easy walking. The value for money was definitely there but for my wife and I Service in The Service area should only be about the very best service one can offer The Cosmos excelled in all areas because they figured it out First Service 2nd Service and 3rd Service after that Cost , Facilities etc just follow on. We would highly recommend The Cosmos and would come back to stay .

Ok maybe when we come back on our next visit we will find something to moan about. Unfortunately just cannot find something to grumble about they exceeded our expectations.

My stay at this hotel in Florence was an absolute delight! The reception staff were incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. The modern and comfortable room with its luxurious bath was a true haven after a day of exploring the city. The attention to detail in the room's design and amenities was impressive, and I couldn't have asked for a more relaxing stay. The combination of the exceptional reception staff and the wonderful room made our trip to Florence truly memorable. Grazie mille.

Breakfast was superb, well worth the money. All staff were pleasant especially the person at breakfast. Location is really good. 10 mins to train station and 10 mins to main attractions. Nice quite area but still close proximity to good places to eat and drink. Easy to scan room card as well save taking out a big key to gain access to main entrance and room. Ì

Could have done with one more pillow each and the shower didn't really get hot. None of these issues detracted from the stay and because of this we didn't even raise them as a issue.

Room was comfortable, clean and most important quiet for a restful night sleep after a long day of sightseeing. The shower was AMAZING, it is super close to Firenze S.M.N and decently close to the major sights. Front desk staff was friendly and even coordinated reservations in a nearby restaurant for us to enjoy the famous "Bistecca alla Fiorentina" which was delicious. Room was ready so we were able to check in early and check out was quick and smooth.

If I had to be picky more breakfast options.

Very spacious room and very good value for the price. Everything was clean and modern, staff were friendly and accommodating, beds were really comfortable. We also got a sofa and balcony in our room, which was lovely. Would definitely recommend this hotel, it's the best I've seen on booking.com in Florence and the prices are great.

Nothing negative to say at all, but breakfast would be better served till 11:30 for guests who want a bit more of a lay in due to being on holiday. Also location is fairly close to the main attraction Piazza Del Duomo (10 min walk) but be prepared to walk further (20 min walk) to Uffizi Gallery, Piazza Del Signoria and Ponte Vecchio unless you bus it.

The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The room exceeded our expectations in terms of size, cleanliness, and facilities. The hotel shower was very comfortable, and a hairdryer was even provided. They even had a smart TV with Netflix available which was a wonderful surprise.

There was a bit of a walk from the train station to the hotel, which isn't a big deal unless you had 2 huge luggages like us, which we had to lug around the cobblestoned streets. The streets around the hotel are slightly quiet which could be a concern for some travellers but we felt safe.

The room was very new and clean, decent size, with a very nice en-suite bathroom. The reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again, and I recommend it.

At first I couldn't work out how to use the electric sockets, I was trying to charge my phone. But then it was explained to me that you have to insert the key-card into a slot in order to use anything electrical. No problem after that.
