B&B Hotel Roma San Lorenzo Termini

I stayed for over a month upon my arrival to Rome. The rooms are exceptionally clean, well lit and decorated just like in the pictures. Very central location if you are coming for La Sapienza University with a lot of shops, bars and restaurants nearby. It is a bit of a stretch to the Centre of Rome but it's well connected with bus or tram (just around the corner). Although it is one of the most night-life centered neighborhoods, never did I have any trouble with noise as the rooms are well isolated. The area can look a bit rough at first because of the state of the architecture, but it is completely safe and the hotel itself is in a very good condition. Daniel, Laura and the whole team were very nice and went out of their way to help with everything they could, and they were more than capable to communicate in English and Spanish as well. The price is more than fair and overall it was a very good place to be, either for a short or for a long period.

Sadly, no laundry service as of February 2022 but it is by no means an issue exclusive to this hotel. It is like that in most places in Rome. There are a couple of laundry services nearby, however.

Great little hotel situated between Termini station and the University if Sapienza. Comfortable, clean, modern, excellent aircon, and the staff were friendly & helpful. The code lock system is very handy. A great small bar just up the road for coffee & pastry, as well as a small supermarket (Carrefour) for essentials. Many good choices for dining also. 20 minutes' walk from Termini, 35-45 to main tourist attractions, although there are bus services too.

Nothing really. If I'd been staying as a tourist (rather than for work) there might be an argument for staying in a more central location, but to be honest the price and quiet neighbourhood mean I'd consider B&B Roma San Lorenzo Termini for a holiday also. There a plenty of graffittied buildings but the area feels studenty rather than sketchy.

The room was really clean and looked renovated.Daily cleaning. Well structured room with plenty of space new linens anatomic bed and pillows.Bathroom really spacious with big rain shower area super clean . Bidet and comfortable toilet seat. Big mirror inside room and toilet. The location was amazing just 2 minutes walk from bars, restaurants , wine shops , supermarkets etc but far enough to not get any of the noise at night. 2 minutes walk to tram no 3 station and 4 minutes walk to bus stop 492 that will get you to all the touristic locations. Rome is a big city so this place is well located between Rome center ,the Colosseum and the Vatican. Definitely would stay here again. P.S.:In case you arrive early there is a free locker room at the basement and big toilets where you can drop your stuff get changed and get your day going.

The internet connection was really poor in our room .

I stayed in a single room for 3 nights. It was a great stay the bed was super comfortable and everything I needed was there. I had no issues whatsoever and would go back in a heartbeat as even for the cost it is undervalued. The only thing it's a bit away from the main parts of Rome but a 10 minute scooter ride or bus ride and you'll get there.

There was nothing I was disappointed in.

There are lots of bars and restaurants in the neighbourhood, which is a big plus. Also a small supermarket just 100m away. Tram just around the corner and taxis are called by the staff and always arrived within a few minutes! The staff is very welcoming and breakfast has more than enough choice.

Location wise it was okay-ish, it's a long walk to be near the really touristic attractions, but we knew this. The neighbourhood could be seen as a bit run down, but we never had the feeling that it was unsafe (at night). Even very friendly and buzzling.

it was a good location, only 10 minutes away from the termini. The staff was very friendly and it was just a familiar feeling. Corona is still ongoing, but the hotel managed this really good. Enough options for food and also if someone need lil things like toothpaste, it was easy to get.

We dont have anything worth mentioning.

We thought the breakfast was great and much more than we expected. The waitress was very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The location was close to my son’s Rome apartment which was also a bonus. Good value for money.

When we were checking out there was no one at reception and people were waiting to check in as well out. There was no sign stating when the reception person would return. It was at least 10 minutes before she returned.

we was really impressed by this hotel. it was budget friendly and exceeded our expectations. the room and bathroom were both decently sized. the bed was comfy, it was extremely clean and the air con worked perfectly. we really liked having a fridge in the room as well. every staff member was helpful and polite. although a bit far from the main tourist attractions there was a tram stop around the corner which provided good transport links into the city, there was also a small supermarket close by. i would recommend this hotel and i would definitely stay here again.

access through public transportation is not easy and the area is dirty.

Hotel was located 15 minutes from Termini. Room was really clean and all services were really good. We found everything that we needed in the room. Bathroom was also clean. Our stay was really nice :)

We did not ordered breakfast because 9€ per person was too much and supermarket was located maybe 100 meters from the hotel where we found everything needed. Streets around the hotel was not clean and we did not feel safe at night.
