The ladies who manage the place are lovely and helpful. The room is very clean, modern decor, and has several nice touches. While they don't serve breakfast, there was a kettle with tea and coffee and cookies and such for snacks. It was a nice place to recover after a busy day about Rome. The neighborhood was a pleasant surprise with tree lined streets. It felt quite safe walking there from the train station. It's busy with traffic and people but not too noisy in the day if you close the windows. Night was quiet. Overall, a great stay especially with the reasonable price.

Nothing about our stay was not to like. There was trash by the front doors all the time we were there, but I expect that's a city pick up problem.

It is as described. plus reading the reviews. we had an amazing stay! They message me here, few days before our trip, to give information and ask what time we might be arriving, so I replied, probably before 12. So we arrive pass 11 at the hotel, good thing our room is ready, so we checked in same time. Although the hallway to the reception is not that big, the room is clean and spacious. and The receptionist is very helpful, hospitable and very welcoming. Very recommendable! (took a short video of the room but cannot post video here, so its only screenshots)

Easy access to the building & the room when we arrived late. Very clean room and room cleaned daily was a treat. The few requests we had were no problem to the very friendly staff. Overall a great quiet location, 5 mins stroll from Termini, so within reasonable distance of all the big attractions. Nice relaxed atmosphere. Lovely cafe right next door. Pics are accurate.

Our train to airport was cancelled and the host went above and beyond to help us get a taxi. It was June 2nd, Festa della Repubblica, one of the busiest days in the year but she did her utmost to get us sorted and also texted us when we were at airport to see if we were ok. This level of customer service is rare these days. Oh and the beds are AMAZING! Best sleep I had in my trip around Italy!! Also, the building itself is very beautiful and sympathetically restored to enhance original features.

The location is great, 10 minutes by foot is a railway station, couple minutes a metro station but at the same time it’s a very quiet place. They don’t have breakfast but very pleasant reception stuff recommended us some nice places for breakfast, told us about the best restaurants. The room was small but pretty nice and clean. The building is pretty old so they have an old authentic elevator and from our window there was a nice view to cosy Italian backyard.

I stayed at Rome Key Home room during my vacation in Rome. The location was incredibly convenient, just a 5-minute walk to Rome Termini. There were good dining options under the building.

The bed and pillow weren't very comfortable, affecting our sleep. There was occasional nighttime noise, possibly from the elevator. Despite this, the excellent location and on-site dining options made for a pleasant stay.

Location, size, cleanliness, friendliness, everything really, amazing place to stay and we thoroughly enjoyed it! Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

One very very small niggle that breakfast seemed like it was included but they informed us that this had stopped during COVID. Other places we have stayed had vouchers to use in a local cafe instead.

It was big enough for two of us. We had enough space to still have our own space and there were surfaces to organize our belongings on. The coat rack/closet by the door was super cute too if you needed to hang things up. Also, it was super close to the metro so we were easily able to pop on and explore all of Rome without having to walk too far with heavy bags or anything.

No complaints.

Location was great, just a 10 minute walk from Roma Termini station. Very central to all transportation options. Didn't have to bother with a taxi. The rooms felt very clean and it was quiet.

Unfortunately, the safe in the room didn't work, but it wasn't a big deal. The plate on the bathroom to flush the toilet fell off a few times, but that would be an easy fix I am sure.

Location near Termini is good. The room was adequate and about what I expected- no surprises is a good thing! The placed offered instant coffee in your room and pod coffee in the common area. There were some snacks in the room too, but only three or four doors down, you can get an inexpensive continental breakfast. The staff person we dealt with was very nice.
