Staff very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast impressive and generous. Room clean. Location decent for getting to some sites. Good restaurants nearby.

Pick up from airport provided by hotel failed to show, stranding us for almost an hour, eventually acquiring our own, separate transportation to hotel. Neighborhood of hotel dirty and covered in graffiti, not comforting walking the area. Public transportation extremely difficult to navigate, staff help was shortcoming.

The staff were wonderful, kind, and helpful. The location was perfect -- just a 20 minute walk to Termini but in a quiet, non-touristy neighborhood. We had a massive terrace so we spent one evening just sipping wine and listening to music. The only problem was the air conditioning really didn't cool the room at all, so we were pretty hot. Otherwise, we loved our stay!

The air-conditioning in our room didn't work. Technically it would turn on and blow semi-cold air out, but it did not cool the room at all and we were hot round the clock.

We liked how helpful and friendly the staff were. The breakfast provided had a very good selection. The room was very clean. The location was good to see a bit of a quieter side of the city with some nice bars around for the evening time but we were still able to get to the historical sites in a short amount of time when we wanted to by walking or on the bus.

The hotel has a great location, in a mainly residential area, full of local restaurants (not overwhelmed with tourists) with great food. It is just a 15 min. walk from Termini station. It serves a rich continental breakfast.

We had no access to the hotel internet, even in common areas: the lobby, hallways, etc. We were explained that it is always so when the hotel is fully booked. So, the internet works only in November, January, and February, i.e., during the low season. On the one hand, it was a perfect vacation, as we didn't look at our screens whenever in the room, on the other, there were some very urgent work issues my husband and I had to attend to, and that added frustration to otherwise a perfect stay.

Good value for money, reasonably spacious rooms and everything working as expected (shower, air conditioning, etc). Breakfast with good variety (remembering that we are talking about a 3-star hotel, so there is no point in expecting a breakfast worthy of a Waldorf Astoria). The staff is very friendly and helpful, from reception to cleaning.

A not so good point is the sound insulation, as you can hear a lot of noise coming from other rooms, but this also has plenty to do with the manners of other guests.

The location is good, a 15 min walk from Roma Termini and 30-45 min walk to other tourist attractions in Rome. The staff is welcoming, polite and nice, willing to accomodate your requests. The location is clean, they clean and refresh the room every day. It is good value for money at the end of the day.

I did not like the bed sheets. I mean I am not used to cover myself with a blanket at night, maybe that’s something that can be impovred in the future, some actual bed covers. It felt like I was camping.

The reception staff was excellent, very helpful, polite and very qualified. I could leave luggage in the morning of the arrival even if the room was not ready. The breakfast staff was kind and you can have an espresso or cappuccino from the bar. The breakfast was nice with fresh croissant, some cakes, yogurt, cereals, jam. The room was bigger than expected.

There were stains in the bedsheets (resistant ones).

The hotel was clean, welcoming, & great staff. The breakfast was plentiful with lots of variety. I loved the hot water for my shower and the clean room. Many decent restaurants close to the hotel.

The area was a bit run down with plenty of graffiti, but the hotel was definitely good. It was a bit of a walk to the major attractions/sites but was close to the Roma Termini. What the area lacked the hotel made up for.

Very nice people work here, decent breakfast, almost no vegetables (sometimes only small tomatoes).

A bit far away from all interesting places in Rome and the best way is to walk (to M station you have to add 15 minutes), so many times, google was saying: walking 45 minutes, public transport 40 minutes. After spending 4 days and after 15km walking every day we know that next time we would choose something in another area of Rome. Under our window, every morning we had to listen loud, working garbage car which makes terrible noise. On nigh from Saturday to Sunday it came twice: at 4 am and again at 8 am. It woke us up every time. No minibar at the room. It was very disappointing, because we love to buy some food (especially in Italy) and keep it in refrigerator to eat later. This time we had to buy only for one evening.

Clean room, helpful staff Room was being cleaned every day and in very professional way.

1. The breakfast options could be improved by offering healthier food choices. 2. Instead of using physical keys, it would be more convenient to have card-based entry systems at the entrance. 3. It would be beneficial to have a refrigerator in the room for guests' convenience.
