Staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and had everything we needed, complete with a perfect view of Piazza Navona. The suites were in a great location, we were able to walk everywhere to see all the main attractions.

Location! Right on Piazza Navona. Central location to explore sights in Rome, lots of foos options in the area.

Slightly noisy at night due to Christmas market

The location was excellent, even though we were right on the piazza the noise was minimal. The size of the rooms were fabulous, the bathrooms were marvellous although the drainage was a little slow. The staff were fabulous, Andrea helped us with our luggage up the stairs. The availability of a service to the airport transport was greatly appreciated. The bathrooms were modern renovation and spacious. We enjoyed our stay, just not quite what we were expecting.

The breakfast was limited and only available in our rooms. There was one lounge chair although another would have been appreciated. This is more of a Pensione rather than a palazzo, however it is still very comfortable with only 3 rooms in the “palazzo” space. There is no lift so you will need to carry your cases up stairs however there was help available with that.

Awesome room, in one of the prettiest locations in Rome. The Piazza Navona is great, and the balcony over looking it is perfect, but it’s all the little streets behind it, where the entrance to the property is that really made it for us. Restaurants and bars and stunning alleyways. Loved it!

We lived a perfect weekend in Rome also thanks to the stay at this Hotel. Everything went easily and smoothly. The rooms are in a historic building and the view on piazza Navona is breathtaking and the morning sun just romantic.

nothing to say here, there is nothing that you can't like. It may seem as a payed review... but we where really very happy of the stay and these is absolutely nothing to complain about.

Location, privacy one of only 3 apartments, on the 3rd Floor. Andrea was very welcoming, friendly and helpful through out my stay. Breakfast is served in ones room. Lovely place would definitely return.

The entrance

We absolutely loved our time and stay in Rome. the accommodation is centrally located to the main sites. Staff were extremely hospitable.Complimentary sodas, water and juice along with coffee machine and pods greatly appreciated. Breakfast is fantastic … particularly when eaten in the terrace over looking the piazza. We will return (and we don’t say that often as we like to explore different options). The accommodation is surrounded by restaurants and bars…. with the. noise completely drowned out by insulated windows.

There is a small flight of stairs which is before the reception and rooms which makes it difficult with big suitcases but the staff helped us both times with this - but unfortunately I twisted my ankle on the staircase. The toilet intermittently would kept running and then turn off … we weren’t sure if we needed to do something to stop this - b it we bite that this is something that others have made mention of too. it didn’t keep us awake for long though.
