The location is great, there was a small place in front that you can put a table and chairs ( they’re available in the apartment) for a drink during the evening.Check in and check out were very smooth and if you needed, hotel can provide you a driver from/to airport. I really recommend this place to everyone as there are lots of restaurants, shops just around the corner. I’ll definitely will stay there whenever I visit Rome. Enjoy

If you’re not a heavy sleeper, it can be a problem as the location is very busy during the night.

Laura went above and beyond to welcome us. We arrived late and so took up the option of booking a transfer with the hotel. The transfer was good and our arrival was easy with lots of details on how to self check in. Getting in and out was simple with the code and it was nice not to carry a key around. The apartment is in a great location for walking to most of the sites, about 20-25 mins to Vatican, 30mins to Roman Forum, very close to many restaurants, bars, tourist areas, churches, but we didn't hear much noise at night. We had breakfast at Fico just opposite and would recommend them for breakfast and dinner. The apartment itself was spacious, air conditioned, the bed was comfy and the shower worked well.

Wifi a bit slow, but hey, old buildings everywhere. Small TV mounted above large mirror in lounge area makes it a bit difficult to watch it!

Perfect location for my family of me, my husband, and our twin 18-year-old sons. Stayed in 2 bdrm. Walked everywhere in Rome. Very clean. Reasonably priced. Good mini fridge & mini kitchen. Near many restaurants, mini grocery stores & larger ones. Excellent, facility-arranged reasonably priced transport from airport that was at customs to pick us up where & when they were supposed to be. Excellent reasonably priced full laundry service. Completely trustworthy & honest business; very accessible & easy to communicate with. Unique accountability in a big-box hotel world by actual on-site business owner, Ms. Laura, and her staff, who are actually physically present or accessible and answer all your questions.

Laura and the team were very nice and helpful! She reached out several days before check in to inquire arrival time, asking if we needed airport transfer and city tour arrangement. The apartment was ready by the time we came, even though it was before check in time. The apartment exceeded our expectation, equipped with complete kitchen equipment for small cooking, coffee/tea facilities, and basic necessities in the bathroom. Location was perfect - within walking distances to a lot of sightseeing places, a mini market right in front of the door, ~5 min walk to the nearest taxi stand, taking you everywhere in the city.

Soundproofing at the living room was not the best - outside noise was seeping in, which could be troublesome especially in the middle of the night. That external noise did not go through the bedroom(s) though - just close the door and it would be quiet.

The staff was super welcoming and friendly. They gave us a map and gave a lot of tips about the sightseeing and dining points. The water in the shower was hot and the water flow was also very good. The apartment was very clean. There was a really good heating system so even in February it was very warm inside. A rare thing in Rome. The location is excellent: 30 mins walk to the Colosseum, 20 mins walk to the Vatican. Lots of shops and restaurants around. A taxi station nearby.

The wifi signal was ok but it was possible to catch it only in several specific points of the apartment. If you moved the laptop a bit the signal would disappear. If i had had to work, that would've been a problem.

The location was fantastic; not too close to crowded areas but perfect for walking to attractions. There is a delicious restaurant right outside our door and a small store across the small street. Giulia, the host was great and very helpful.

There was an odor of mildew, but a dehumidifier was provided and the windows opened for fresh air.

There are several wonderful breakfast locations close... Fico across the street, Casa and Bottega a close walk away, both have delicious American and Italian style breakfasts. Laura was an amazing host - she helped with transport from and back to the airport, finding the perfect restaurant for our large group, and she made great recommendations for our sightseeing adventures throughout the city. Laura was available, helpful, and even more - a friend during our stay. We just had an amazing time and it was definitely due to the wonderful accommodations of HiSuite Rome. Laura was the perfect host.

nothing... Our experience exceeded our expectations.

Very central in a lovely area with lots of great restaurants and bars - but away from the noise. we could walk to all sights. The duplex was very stylish and the bed very comfortable. The staff were amazingly friendly,very helpful and gave us lots of great tips on where to visit and how to get there. We arrived late and despite this they shared lots of tips via WhatsApp on what to do, where to eat and where to go after our arrival. And on our first day it was raining outside and they offered us an umbrella without us asking for one which I thought was a really nice gesture

We had a two bedroom apartment for three people which was a huge amount of space and very comfortable. The apartment could’ve easily held more if needed. we were traveling with another group and the lounge room held us all. The location is perfect, just off the tourist track with many excellent restaurants within a few hundred meters and even across the street. The double glazed windows are soundproof, although it’s a very quiet street. We enjoyed setting up the table and chairs outside and having breakfast or a cocktail. The hosts were very responsive on WhatsApp and the office was staffed during extended business hours. The location was excellent open close to the Vatican, Piazza Navona, the Pantheon and Campo di Fiori. Great air conditioning in each room.

Nice Aparthotel, very central and everything reachable in walking distance. Laura warmly welcomed us and we used one of their offered parking slots in a garage nearby. The appartment has a small kitchen but we only used restaurants outside - there are plenty of opportunities, especially Fico just across the door we can recommend for breakfast. With the central location respective noice comes along. We recommend ear plugs for people with a slight sleep.
