Well located hotel , nice spacious room, and a good shower

The check-in was a little confusing, with many different hotels in the same block. The instructions weren’t very clear , what floor it was situated on . clearer instructions on check-in would be welcomed.

Best location in Rome, steps away from Piazza Navona and restaurants. The room was spacious and clean, bathroom had a shower, which is not a given in Europe as sometimes there's only a bathtub with no shower. Very kind and helpful staff. Bathroom included soap, shampoo, (no conditioner), toothbrush and paste. Also slippers, a nice touch.

A bit hard to find, it is a hotel/guest house within a building (from the photos we thought the entire building was the hotel) with multiple others like it in the same building. It was surprising at first, but it didn't really matter and we found out this is quite common in Rome. No elevator, so you go up one floor with your luggage, but get help if needed.

The room was tastefully decorated and comfortable to be in . The manager was awesome and always available to help with calling a cab or re stocking the juice and water. And at first the location felt hard to reach but after getting our barring straight we discovered the neighborhood is great and lively at night. But best yet The room was silent and peaceful. Oh and it had the Best AC yet!

Amazing location, very clean room, very warm during winter time and quiet as well. The location was exceptional literally few feet away from Piazza Navona with many restaurants and bars close by. The staff was amazing. My check in process was well organised and the host gave me a personal map to move around the city centre plus some useful advice for commuting. Overall, excellent value for money. I'd like to stay here again.

excellent location in walking distance to the Piazza Novona, restaurants on all corners. could get a little loud at night from street noise and people at the restaurants outside.

the front desk people (a man and woman) although they were helpful were not pleasant at all. They could speak English well enough. The female actually scolded me for not answering my emails, which I was unable to retrieve because I was on the airplane traveling to Rome.

This is in a FANTASTIC location! It is quaint little mini-hotel in the heart of Rome. There is lots of restaurants, cafes, and shops right outside of your door! Easy walking distance to Piazza Navona. 20 minute walk to most other sites. The owner is very responsive. There is an app that you can download to open the front door with your phone. The rest require a key. It is quiet in spite of being in the heart of the action. The windows open to the sites below, but keep it very quiet as well. They left champagne, glasses and chocolate in our room on Christmas Day! What a lovely surprise! Free toiletries and snacks in the room. The best little pizza & sandwhich shop was right outside the front door - Mami! A great fast meal when you are on the go in Rome!

It is a bit difficult to find. Fortunately, our taxi driver dropped us right at the door. The owner did send us detailed instructions. It would have been very difficult to find in the dark with all of the activity surrounding it. Once you get into the building, there are many different residences on different floors. This is on the first floor. I called the owner at this point to find the way in to the hotel area. Once inside, there is a small reception desk that is manned at certain times of the day. The toilet continued flushing after use and we had to push the button a few times every flush to get it to stop. Otherwise, it was very nice stay. We would stay here again.

The very best thing about Locanda Navona is the location! Just a few steps away from Piazza Navona, which became our fav piazza. Excellent choice! Our room was small but comfortable. It is in a very lively area, so can be noisy for some (did not bother us) but the double glazing helps to keep the noise out. Staff are very helpful, but you don't see them at the reception very often. Mornings yes, evenings not really. The breakfast is in a cozy cafe next door. We loved starting our days there. You go there with your vouchers ( got it at the hotel when we arrived) and get croissants, fresh orange juice, latte or tea. The cafe has a true Italian feel to it and although it is the same every morning it is still great! My daughter loved the croissants (I don't eat breakfast, so just had tea). The room is clean, and ok for two people. The bed is very comfortable. Small shower, has all necessary toiletries. We had an excellent time in Rome and would go back to this hotel any time! Location is an absolute gem!!! Could walk to every attraction! Great food choices, many restaurants and gelaterias around! The tourist office is just around the corner on the piazza. Booked a few attractions there but also booked many on-line. GetYourGuide is an excellent on-line service. Book your visits in advance!

The wi-fi!!! Very poor connection in the evenings.

Superb location as it is right next to Piazza Navona. Walkable distance to most major attractions. Breakfast coupon for the next door cafe was provided which serves very delicious croissants and coffee. Staff super friendly and helpful. No noise despite in a busy street. Comfortable and clean.

Would prefer more hooks/hanging area in the bathroom to hang wet towels etc.

Perfect place if you want to stay near most of the tourist attractions in Rome. Clean hotel, very good services, quite large room. Italian breakfast on the ground floor of the building. In rooms is an espresso machine, sweets, water and juice free of charge and suppliend daily. It was the third time that i choosed to stay here and if will come again in Rome I would do it again.

The hotel is located on a street where nightlife is present. The two rows of windows do their job extraordinary, but if you want a very quiet location it may be good to consider other hotel. The wifi in our room alomoat non-existent. Was rarely cought if i had the phone near the door.

I traveled with my son. On arrival it was difficult to find the hotel as there is only a large door that is not well marked facing the street. Fantastic location with walking distance to all the famous attractions. Large modern room with good soundproofing towards the street, good air conditioning, nice and friendly staff. This was a positive surprise, as such central hotels at moderate prices are often very small and disappointing. We would love to come back. We recommend the restaurant Saltimbocca across the street, delicious food and good service every time. A good starting point for experiencing the famous places in Rome.
