the staff was helpful, there are two elysium suites so we went to the wrong one and that was a nicer hotel and even better location. they helped us moved our bags to the next location. The new location was ok, not close and not too far. Breakfast option was amazing. and cleaning of room was good as well.

location was abit further from station, will need to catch taxi to location. you need to climb a few stairs to get to the hotel. one to the lift, the other to the hotel out of the lift.

Room service and staff was exceptional. Very helpful and friendly all the time. Room size was fine too. Location was ideal, right in the heart of Rome. Free coffee through the day and the staff helping you prepare breakfast was a plus.

The rooms aren't soundproof, you could hear any noise from the other rooms, even if they just kept their toilet light on , couldn't sleep few nights because of that. Breakfast variety could be better.

Amazing location within walking distance to some of the main tourist attractions in Rome. The staff were friendly and were easy to contact when we needed help. The rooms felt clean and had a nice modern finish.

The hotel is quite small and you can hear other rooms quite easily, whether its other people coming back to the room or even them flushing the toilet. The evaluator in the building doesn't have a clear sign so we didn't spot it at first and the hotel is on the 4th floor of the building.

We really enjoyed the breakfast, Jay was brilliant, nothing was any bother and he was very helpful with any questions we had about the area etc. The location is excellent, very central with easy access to everything. Also on the day we left we had a late flight in evening and they let us keep our bags in the hotel which we really appreciated and made our last day very enjoyable.

Very well located, small & cosy room. It was clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend if you are just looking for a place to sleep and rest whilst you explore Rome by foot, as it is 5-10 minutes walking distance to Trevi, Spanish Steps, Pantheon.

It was often too hot in the room, and air condition didn’t always work well.

Everything was as expected. clean and spacious.

That they person in charge asked for my passport and took a photo of it with his personal phone. I understand that they need to do the check in but why get a photo of my passport. they also wanted my nephew’s and brother’s. maybe is just they way they do things but for security and because is personal information I was surprised. otherwise everything was amazing.

Great location close to the Spanish steps, Trevi Fountain and Pantheon! We felt safe and secure in the suite. We can’t remember his name but each morning we were welcomed by the most delightful gent who served us breakfast and spoke to us about our stay, offering great advice also.

We were a bit confused when there wasn’t anyone to check us in when we first arrived but we were given very comprehensive instructions on how to get to our room and was then welcomed on our second day.

Location was perfect. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Delicious coffee available in the kitchen. Good communication with the staff, we didn't have any problems to get to the room. We used the possibility to leave our luggage at the reception after check-out. I would definitely come back!

Due to covid the breakfast was poor, only sweet treats served every morning in the room, but I have read the opinions prior arrival, so I didn't expect anything different. However in my opinion the hotel should offer to reduce the price of reservation, as we paid for breakfast in hotel, but we had to go to a bar to eat something not sweet in the morning.

the first morning we had no hot water at all so had to shower in cold water - was back on the second day also nowhere to store any clothes
