Hotel dei Borgognoni

A fantastic hotel which exceeded my expectations - location, facilities, peaceful, elegant, staff, cleanliness, service. A special mention to Christina an exceptional receptionist. Articulate, well spoken and knowledgeable. She is a credit to Rome. Bravo.

Great Location - central to everything. Facilities were clean and comfortable. Great people - everyone was welcoming and professional. Reception staff were knowledgable about Rome, provided great advice and helped with booking tours.

Comfortable and well maintained. Central location for touring Rome. Efficient and helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent. While on a tour the guide asked where we were staying we replied Hotel dei Borgognoni she said " ah elegant" . That sums up our stay. Highly recommend for your next Rome visit.

Breakfast was from 0700 to 1100. Very generous hours. Unfortunately, our tours started on some mornings by 0730 and that allowed only a quick bite. On our next visit we will be sure to schedule later tours.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very good breakfast. Location made it very easy to get around.

Bed was a bit hard.

Clean room in a small hotel, very central. Equidistant to Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain in the other direction. Good breakfast with gluten free items available too. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Comfortable beds. Nice towels. Toiletries abundant. Lifts always available.

Shower cubicle a little small, no extractor fan for the bathroom. Room heating too high. slept with window open but then had noise from the street, rubbish collection mainly as it’s otherwise a quiet street. Would stay here again no question though.

Lovely hotel with a wonderful staff who are very attentive, friendly, and helpful. They create a "welcome back home" atmosphere whenever we return. Location is great!

We've been staying at the Hotel dei Borgognoni over the past almost 30 years and though the lobby and public area anbiance is comfortable and inviting it could use a bit of an facelift. The upholstery and carpeting needs to be updated/replaced. Bathroom tubs are hard to get into and probably should be replaced with shower stalls or at minimum lower tub heights.

Amazing location! That’s the best part, and it is very aesthetically pleasing, the decor is lovely, and the staff were really wonderful!

The room is certainly on the small side with pretty basic furnishing/amenities in the room, but it was just what we needed. Clean, comfortable, and did the job.

Although undergoing some renovations, the hotel was clean and well-run. The reception was open for our late-night check in. the bed and rooms very very comfortable Special thanks to the dining room and bar staff, Flavia and Alessandro who were so friendly and accommodating, and made me cappuccino every morning ( not from the machine )

Amazing hotel. Super friendly staff, the doorman and reception team were amazing. We also asked for a baby cot in the room and it came with a small gift our son loved. Location is amazing too, quiet street but close to everything. Rooms are comfy and there's also a great little terrace we had a nice dinner at.

Location was superb. Central but quiet. Breakfast was good and extensive and staff were very friendly and helpful. Public areas comfortable. Great to have a kettle in the room.

The coffee machine in the breakfast room was awful. Much better to have fresh coffee available. Fresh milk would be welcome.
