Excellent boutique hotel with a central reception in main hotel and apartments in surrounding streets. The location was superb within easy walking distance (1-10 mins) of Spanish Steps, Tivoli Fountain, Pantheon and many wonderful churches. Around 20 minute walk to Vatican City and Coliseum. The hotel is in the midst of a network of characterful, old-world, cobbled streets with outstanding dining and boutique shops all around. You can readily imagine the streets unchanged 100+ years ago. The nespresso machine in the room with pods meant that "jet-lag coffees" at 04:30hrs were of good quality and not the ubiquitous freeze-dried powder variety. There was a fridge in the room too. The breakfast was provided at an adjacent restaurant and whilst limited in choice, was of excellent quslity with some fo the best fresh fruit juices I have ever had. The reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the comms pre-travel were excellent. The arranged transport to meet us at the airport was also excellent.
There was little not to like. The sound-proofing to the adjacent room could have been a little better but it would only have become an issue if the neighbours had been noisy.

This was our second stay at Condotti. We only stayed for one night this time so we opted for a room in the main building. It was perfect for a one-night stay but if staying longer, I recommend a room in one of the nearby buildings for a larger room. The staff if always helpful and welcoming. We love the location here - close to the Spanish steps, great stores, good food, and nearby the Spagna metro stop. It is also very close to an Enoteca that we frequently ship goods home from. Taxi's are always conveniently located nearby at either the square near the Spanish steps or at the Metro stop. We will be staying here again when we come back to Rome.

Excellent location, super friendly and helpful staff, amazing bathroom (white marble everywhere!) and bathroom facilities and very good mattress too.
At that price point, it is not acceptable in 2023 to have super weak wifi signal in our rooms on the 2nd floor. Mobile data is pretty bad when you are roaming, and wifi is essential for even just backing up images - our signal would come and go and was very bad. In the reception it was great => they did have fast internet etc, they simply need to ***install more routers, one or more per floor***

Our room was in the annex which is in a separate building maybe 50 steps from the main. Considering where we were, the location was perfect. The hotel is literally in the heart of shops, restaurants and only a short walk to the Spanish Steps. Everyone we encountered at the hotel was very nice and helpful. Overall we were happy with the hotel. Free in-room nespresso machine was nice.
shower was extremely small as in you can barely turn around and it leaked horribly. They need to fix this as it forced us to use towels to sop up the water. other than that the room was good.

I have nothing but words of thanks for this hotel, I was sick during the days I was staying there and they were very empathetic with my situation and helped us in everything we requested, very grateful. The staff were very attentive and friendly, the room was very clean, well kept and despite being in the centre of town you can't hear the noise in the rooms and the location is excellent.
The only problem for us was that we were travelling with a baby pushchair and the lift is extremely small, being pregnant it was quite difficult for us every time we went in or out but it can normally hold 2 people.

It was lovely, a few minutes away from Spanish square, the room was ready earlier than originally stated online. Staff was very friendly and polite, the room had everything a person needs when traveling i.e shampoo, body lotion, tooth brush and the usual towels. Plus in the room we found a coffee machine and treats, which we didn't indulged with but was a nice surprise. Plus the room was very quiet considering the location (just off The main road Il Corso) I would highly recommend.

location is excellent. a short walk to spanish steps and restaurants. room is clean and spacious for hotel located right in the heart of tourist attractions.
we didn’t get a room in the main building therefore no lobby area. it felt like we were in an apartment building rather than a hotel. There was no bell service off hours. We had to drag our big suitcases down the stairs and on the street around the buildings to meet with a private taxi for a ride to the airport.
