Alessandro, who was kind and gracious to a tired traveller, Adriana with her delightful personality, serves excellent coffee and breakfast. Georgia and Tiberio at front desk were very helpful and friendly. Perfect location. Excellent stay. I'm coming back again in a few days to end my Italy vacation!

Great location just round the corner from the Spanish Steps and plenty of Roman restaurants. And also easy walking distance to other attractions like the Pantheon, Trevi fountain, and close to Spagna Metro station. Nice simple continental breakfast in the morning.

Only complaint at the end of our Italian roadtrip compared to other places we had stayed was the bed was a bit hard; but you'll still sleep after walking round the sights of Rome all day.

the hotel is beautiful, full of character with some lovely modern touches. Rooms are very individual and we particularly liked the comfortable mattresses and very attractive bathroom. The location is excellent and all staff members were so helpful and accommodating to any requests. We ate breakfast in the hotel and we enjoyed the selection of fresh foods and especially Adriana’s delicious cappuccino!

The lift broke down which made it difficult to carry our luggage downstairs from the room. The central location comes with street noise- at literally ALL hours.

Very welcoming staff, the room was spotless. Perfect location in the heart of Rome. We will definitely return. Highly recommend.

The location is excellent, right in the heart of a vibrant part of the city. The building is from the 1400s which gives the rooms charm but they are clean and comfortable. We asked for rooms off the street and these were quiet except for when other guests came in but that can only be expected in such an old building. Best of all we’re the staff. They were so very helpful with everything. The airline had canceled our flight and lost our luggage and they gave us extra support. Amir was always cheerful and keeping us updated. When the elevator was broken they were so apologetic. Really above and beyond the normal service at a hotel.

We had a superior room and our only (very small) complaint was that they didn’t refill the coffee and tea supply.

Very central location, the room was really nice, and the staff were very friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. There was only 1 negative point about it which I will explain in the other section.

The noise from the restaurant across the street. For me it wasn't a deal breaker, but the staff of the restaurant would talk slightly loud at 07:00am and would make noise till about 01:00am at night when they were cleaning up. Not a deal breaker for me since I am a heavy sleeper, but it may annoy others. That being said, we had a room facing the main street, so people who had a room facing the other side would not find this inconvenient.

It was a very good stay. The location is wonderful. Few minutes walk from Piazza Di Spagna and the famous stairs, a nice walk from Piazza Nevona. The metro station is conveniently close. The hotel was nice and very clean, good breakfast. What really left the best impression were the people working there. Adrianna, Amir, Georgia were inviting, always ready to help with a smile. It is a busy and noisy little street, so you can't sleep with an open window.

Grazie Mille to the staff firstly for upgrading our room and giving us a bottle of Prosecco to celebrate my husbands 40th birthday, it was a lovely touch and much appreciated. The hotel itself is nice and clean, room was spacious and a perfect base to explore the city on foot, it’s a very short walk to the Spanish Steps, close to the Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona and the Pantheon and sites like the Vatican and Coliseum are within 30 minutes walk. Staff in hotel all very welcoming, friendly and helpful.

Whilst we enjoyed the ambience the restaurants across the street are noisy into the later hours of the evening which some might find intrusive to their sleep, nothing a pair of earplugs wouldn’t resolve though, a worthwhile sacrifice for the location of this hotel and the lovely staff who are eager to help should you require anything.

The location is outstanding. We walked to all major locations. Metro was easy to use for destinations farther out. There were plenty of restaurants and gelato stands close by. The staff was very helpful and kind. They even helped celebrate my birthday. The hotel was very clean. I would definitely recommend this fabulous hotel.
