The location is brilliant and our room was spacious and very comfy

You have to accept that you are in the City Centre and ad such street noise is expected …

I love Elysium. Location is near all the places we wanted to go. Rooms are clean and modern. Special shout out to the hardworking Mr. ARNOLD MATIRA. He keeps all the guests entertained, prepares breakfast everyday, keeps the clean tidy and goes extra mile to do all our requests. Even carry our luggage to the ground floor. Mr. Matira is an asset to your company. Keep it up! MABUHAY

Excellent location, next to piazza di spagna. Minimal, temporary design. Very clean, super friendly stuff!

We had picked the smallest room, needed some more extra space, but we managed to stay tidy. Definitely coming back, next time we will book some of the other rooms

So, the suites are in the heart of Rome. piazza di spagna, Fontana di trevi, piazza del popolo, piaza navona, pantheon and villa borghese are about 10 to 20 minutes away from the suites. the room is very modern, clean and with all the amenities described! the breakfast is very tasty. but the best of all is Arnold Matira, the receptionist. who did everything for us to be well and comfortable. we had a problem with our airline which had left our suitcase back in greece and Arnold was constantly on the phones because he knows the italian language, something that we didn't know, to solve our problem! the suites must feel very lucky to have an employee who makes everything pleasant for his job. thank you for the pleasant stay! Arnold carried our 2 heavy suitcases up the stairs with a smile. Our room (4) was spacious, comfortable and very clean. We had a nice view of a street with a few restaurants. (We ate at 2 of them. However not the one on the corner as they charged us just under 20 euro for 2 bottles of beer.) Arnold made us feel very welcome and made great ham and cheese toasties for breakfast. Great bar downstairs. Arnold also carried both our suitcases down when we were leaving.

There was not a thing we didn’t like

Staying at Elysium suits was an absolute delight! Nestled conveniently in the city center, this hotel offers pristine, stylish rooms that feel like a home away from home. What truly made my stay exceptional, however, was the concierge, Orlando. His attentive service, unparalleled local knowledge, and jovial nature made me feel like an esteemed guests rather than an ordinary traveler. He was the personification of graciousness and went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. I can't recommend this hotel enough.

We rented the 3 bedroom suite, and it was very spacious it even included a terrace which was not advertised :) please note that this apartment is located in Via della croce! It’s not the address advertised on booking, but it’s still very amazing - great shops, bars and restaurants on the street. Jay was great help and super nice, breakfast was provided both sweet and savory and cleaning was provided daily.

Lovely very small hotel situated a two minute walk from the Spanish steps and a metro station (very ideal location if you’re wanting to shop designer). The standard room was very small but met our needs for for two nights. Staff were very friendly!! Breakfast was a miss for us as it was just cereal and toast.

We struggled to find the hotel as it’s quite tucked away between shops. But we called the hotel and the directed us the right way and greeted us at the door. You are meant to receive a code so you can get in and out of the building but booking.com didn’t provide this.

We stayed for 2 nights, everything was perfect, location was the best. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The standard room had very comfortable bed and generally the room was very clean!

Very modern, secure and super clean - the guy on reception was always very helpful and responsive on the booking.com messaging service if I had any queries. We were also allowed to leave our cases in the hotel after check out which was so handy. The location of Elysium is perfect - right outside the Spanish Steps and next to a taxi rank. Really liked the use of 2 key pads plus a room key which made us feel really safe. Every day our room was cleaned with new toiletries, towels and water provided. Will definitely stay again!
