close to the train station. Clean modern room albeit small. When we arrived to try and leave our bags prior to check in the room was ready and they allowed us to check in early. We had an early train on the day of departure so they left our breakfast for us the night before which was a big help.

Bathroom tiny and needs updating Unresponsive to messages once booking made - I asked a few questions about early bag drop and facilities in the room but never got a reply .

nice hotel for short stays nearby central station... great communication with the the staff, stable internet...

it is located in a strange buidling full of these hotels... it is dirty on the main entrance and the elevator is quite claustrofobic :) breakfast is tooo basic: a toast+croisant + nutela/jam, espresso and a glass of juice, but this hotel is for short stays and it is all about the location

It might be a basic hotel but they offer exceptional service for what they charge. The staff were friendly & hotel was clean. It’s easy to get from Roma Termini. I spent 3 nights & my accommodation included breakfast. I had a early morning check out & on my last day when I got back to my room I found that they had left a ready made breakfast for me of basic snacks. I wasn’t expecting this but none the less grateful. The room is small but you get a mini bar fridge, desk, bathroom. It has everything you need & they do have aircon for a extra 10 euro’s a night.

You need to pay the Tourist tax in cash. it wasn’t a issue because I always travel with a small amount of cash but just be aware.

Everything was as advertised, the room had everything we needed, we could borrow an iron, coffee was delicious and we had a choice of drinks for breakfast, we even got breakfast beforehand on the day of departure. Air conditioning was a big help for those very hot days. The location was quite convenient for us. Breakfast is served from 8 to 10 in the morning (for those planning ahead).

It was quite noisy but I knew that beforehand from other reviews, so I packed airbuds and it was ok then. Breakfast was only sweet things, some fruit would be nice, too. Water in the shower works weird - it switches from hot to cold by itself but it wasn't a problem as the weather was hot and I wanted something refreshing. It was a little difficult to communicate with the staff as they only understand basic English, but they were nice either way.

The hotel was very clean, fresh towels most days. A nice touch with breakfast. It was bought to your room. Good coffee, fresh bread & croissants with jam & cream cheese every morning. Good location. Plenty of good eateries within minute of the hotel. Definitely great value for what we paid.

Rooms were slightly small. Bathroom was dated & small. But I have to say I wasn't in the room much. Slept showered & off to see the sights. Another thing to mention was it could be nosey with the window open. But it never kept me awake.

Easy accessed from the main terminal for trains, buses & tour hop on/off buses (literally 5min walk), within walking distance of some sights, food places around & shops for drinks/snacks. Staff were pleasant. Room was clean & tidy & beds & fresh towels provided daily. Nice wee balcony in the room we stayed in. Shower was OK & water always warm, with drawers & wardrobe available, as well as extra pillow in wardrobe & a mini fridge which was great for water. TV in room & air con is available on request. Accommodation is basic but all you need for a city break with limited time spent in room. Did this trip with my sister - twin bed room & it was spot on for what we wanted & needed!!

Breakfast was in room with little variety however I wouldn't say I didn't like it, just that it consisted of bread & pastry, coffee & a glass of (not sure of type) fruit juice so was quite sweet/heavy. Some fresh fruit option would have been nice but for price of room, it was good quality & fresh bread/pastry.

It was very close to Roma Termini, and there were restaurants, stores, cafes and even a laundry nearby. The room was kept clean and the breakfast was very good. We had a very early checkout and when we came back to our room the previous evening, our next morning's breakfast was there waiting for us. Thank you for that 👍

The shower and the bathroom in general was very tight

The location was great. We could have a stroll to many attractions. The room was clean, well lit, the balcony a nice touch. The personnel were super friendly and responsive. Breakfast was also good.

Walls are quite thin. But during the four nights we stayed there, three were quiet, and the fourth was New Year’s Eve so I guess it’s fair. An all-in-one body was provided in the bathroom, but there’s a convenient store right across if you need anything more.

We stayed 4 days at the hotel staff was very friendly and room was clean. Great location as it was just 5 minutes walk from Termini in order to take the train to FCO airport and metro lines. (25 minutes walk from Fontana di Trevi) The breakfast was also good I really enjoyed it

Maybe how the towels smelled (they were clean but we didn’t liked the smell of them)

I really liked the fact that the rooms were very, very clean. The cleaning lady was cleaning the rooms every morning. The staff is very kind and welcoming. They helped us with everything we needed and with all the necessary informations. I also liked the fact that the hotel is very close to the Termini station (like 1 or 2 minutes walk). From there you can take any means of transport in Rome or abroad (taxi, metro, bus, train). The quality/price ratio is very good, considering that the hotel is located near the center and the Termini station. We had all the conditions (tv, private bathroom, bidet, hairdryer, fridge, air conditioning, wifi and more, everything that we need). I really liked everything and i’ll definitely come back!
