Fragrance Hotel St. Peter

I liked everything ❤️ The hotel is located very close to San Pietro Basilica. You can reach the city center going either on foot or by means of transport which are close to the hotel. The entire staff of the hotel is very nice,kind and helpful. My room was quiet,very clean and cosy. San Pietro Station is 4 minutes away from the hotel,so,you can take the train from Fiumicino Airport and get to the hotel. I am looking forward to returning soon!

I stayed in a single room. The bed was excellent, the room cleaning was carried out daily and at breakfast there were several options. Hotel well located, several sights nearby.

The staff was excellent. All the hosts and hostesses were fully fluent in English, Italian, and Spanish. The housekeeping staff kept everything spotless. When we came back tired from exploring the city, they would always make us feel very welcome.

The staff went out of their way to smile and be friendly,which made us feel at home straight away .The hotel is spotless clean .The breakfast which is pre ordered the day before saves so much time each morning ,it's served almost immediately after you take your seat ,and by the loveliest friendliest young lady .This is an exceptionally run hotel with an amazing team running it .I will definitely be back

My only fault would be ,we stayed in room 424 ,the walls are not at all sound proof 😢...at the head of our bed was next doors bathroom 🤢.was pretty awful to listen to them use the bathroom !!! There was also a problem with their flush system at 11pm on the Monday night .. maintenance obviously came to fix it ..the banging almost scared the life out of us sleeping next door !!

I loved this hotel! Firstly, the staff are amazing, they are all so very friendly and helpful. I had room 312 which was a single room with a view of the Basilica, small but definitely adequate for 1 person. It was clean, had a very comfy bed, lots of hot water in shower and the air con was great, just what you need after a long day sightseeing in the heat. The roof top bar is lovely, very relaxing with a great view. Lovely drinks also. Breakfast was brilliant for 10 euro...good coffee, selection of pastries, cereal, toast, cold meats/cheeses, fruit, yoghurt and more. Yes, you could eat breakfast locally but for the price and the view, in my opinion this is the best option . St Peter's square is around a 15 minute walk, bottom of hill, under bridge to your right and straight on. Basilica will be on your left side. Hard to cross main rd but there is an underpass which will lead you right up to the square. On that same main road you will see bus stop for 916 get a ticket at the shop near by,which takes you over to Colleseum area, it stops in Venetia Square, last stop, all buses stop here, so get off there and then around a 10 min walk to either Colleseum, Trevi fountain or Spanish steps. Google maps is great for this as easy to get lost on the little streets.Then get the same bus back from the drop off point, get your ticket from the machine, card only.You need to get off at the stop just as you come up through the underpass, Basilica on your right,€1.50 each way. Hard to get a taxi on a hot day, they tend to be busy and only like cash! Local restaurants were all lovely and served good food and reasonable price. Would definitely return to this hotel 😊

The area around the hotel is a little run down, certainly not hotel's fault but I walked up and down during the day/evening with no issues so don't let this put you off.

Everthing! The room are lovely, great breakfast and 5 min walking from Vatican city. And specialy staff that are always willing to help. I will recomend this place to all.

The room was quite spacious and we enjoyed the balcony. We had all the facilities except the mini bar. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

The mattres in our room had some quite uncomfortable bumps and I didn’t had a comfortable sleep. Also we didn’t have a buffet for the breakfast, we had to fill in a form to say how many pieces and slices we want. A littel disappointing to eat the same things every monday. The pancakes we dreamed of in the pictures are just for marketing.

Location was excellent- walking distance to St Peters. We also loved the quad room with the two twins a bit separate from the queen bed. We ate breakfast at the hotel one morning and it was very nice. The front lobby staff was very nice and helpful. The internet worked well and the room was very clean and comfortable.

We really have no complaints. We had a great stay. The rooftop restaurant/bar was not open one of the nights we tried to go up there but that was no big deal.

My wife and I decided to visit the Vatican on our honeymoon. We were only staying one night so we wanted something as close as possible to avoid reliance on taxis etc. I was SO HAPPY to have decided to stay at this hotel. We were slightly sceptical at first given the good value price. However, everything was great. The gentleman at the reception took note that we were on honeymoon and upgraded us to the top floor balcony room (I highly recommend getting this). It had amazing views of St. Peters Basilica and the outer city.

The breakfast was slightly basic BUT hey, the price was great.
