The apartment was amazing, on paper seems pretty small but is actually pretty big when you get there, absolutely perfectly clean because everyone's apartments have daily room service.. The owner is there for everyone and everything, problems, advice, tips and tricks about transport/restaurants to go and not to go, whatever you need he's there like a big brother. The location is great because in 10 to 20 minutes of walking you can visit most of the whole city of Rome! You can always get a cab to go back or to wherever you want, prices are fair and good. Perfect free breakfast across the street were with the coupons you get you pick anything you want made for you, sandwich croisant and coffee, the whole package to your liking.

Even though the room is great and clean and everything, there is no space for sitting. You do have a table and a chair but nothing else exept your bed, which to be fair is queen sized, im just saying that the lack of personal space, considering its a single big room, was a bit of an uncommodity. That's about it there isnt a BAD bad thing about it.

Breakfast at the cafe opposite was good, though sandwiches as well as croissants were perhaps overdoing it. We're walkers so we enjoyed being able to get to all the main sites without using public transport; people who don't find walking easy need to be aware of the issue. Lovely bright room, double glazing kept capital city noise out remarkably well.

We really had to try to find something to put here! A place like Rome will always be expensive. It wasn't cheap but I think we paid less than the average for a really great place so really nothing that could be a complaint.

We stayed in the blue room. The room was clean. It was spacious for being in Rome. Looks like it was recently remodeled. The host was very understanding and got our room ready before 2:00pm. Host communicated well and gave us step by step instructions on how to get to the hotel. would definitely stay here again. Federico, thank you for letting us stay in your place for two nights.

It was a bit of a distance to main Rome Attractions but was able to get around by bus and train. I have to add one thing, please get an iron as it was much needed 😔

Room is very clean and bed is very comfortable. I can say it was the best accommodation we atayed so far during our stay in Rome. It has enough space for the luggages and the shared kitchen is a plus. Federico is a great host, we did not encountered any issues with him. Will definitely stay there again and recommend to our friends.

Nothing! But would suggest to have a small microwave to heat up the left overs.

It's a residential area. Very safe and secure building. Gated courtyard. Room was really clean. Good size bed. Use of communal kitchen was great to have. Clean towels and bed made everyday. Host was great and met us at the gate. Could message him anytime if needed. Breakfast was at a cafe just around the corner and was nice to mingle with locals and not tourists. Not far away from the Metro. Using the Metro is a must. B&B is walking distance to Colosseum.

Couldn't fault the room or the facilities. There is an awful lot of graffiti on buildings, but soon realised it is everywhere in Rome and not a reflection on the neighbourhood.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Frederico was very helpful in everything we needed. There is a common kitchen with free coffee anytime of the day. There is also a supermarket, cafe and bakery/food/pizza very close to the building. The osteria next to building has some of the nicest pasta's we tried in Rome with good portions. Metro station near and bus stop.

Frederico greeted us when we showed up. He was helpful and knowledgeable about the area. He provided coupons for free Italian breakfast, which includes pastries and hot drinks, in a cafe across the street. The room was organized, clean and firm comfortable bed. Convenient location to the metro. Highly recommend!

Our host Federico waited for our arrival until 23:30pm due to our flight landing at night hours. He was very helpful with everything. He booked a taxi for us for i way back to the airport. He cleaned the room everyday, clean towels. The room was very comfortable and renovated. The shower was great, hot water at all times. The location of the hotel is around 20 mins away from Pantheon and Colosseum by walking but it has a subway station real close, like 5 minutes away and you can be there in 10 minutes. The breakfast is in a collaborating cafe near the accommodation. It was a croissant and a coffee of our choice which was okay for starting the day! I will most definately choose it again for my visits!

The only thing that i would say is that the shampoo and shower gel were very small and they finished the second day, but i'm sure if we asked Federico for new ones he would have given us. We just stayed for 3 days so we were cool with it :)

The location is great, very close to the sights. The host welcomed us with chilled water, and we had delicious coffee available all the time from the coffee machine in the shared kitchen. Towels were changed every day and the bed was made. The neighborhood is quiet and tidy and close to the metro and bus.

Apartment located quite near two metro stations. There are local pizza bars, restaurants, cafes and a supermarket in the area. The big advantage is that the apartment is among locals and places that normal Italians visit. The place is very clean and spacious, everything is new. The kitchen is very clean, tea, coffee maker is available. Breakfast is at a local cafe with delicious baked goods and coffee. The owner is very helpful, quick to reply to messages on WhatsApp. He takes care of the cleanliness of the apartment with diligence. Upon our joking request for a missing corkscrew in the apartment he purchased one in a moment and gave us wine as a gift :) Very nice gesture.
