Beautiful property decorated in a style that we felt reflects Rome. Stunning rooftop where there is plenty of seating and it is quiet to enjoy any time you want. Great variety of options and quality breakfast served on the roof terrace, a real highlight of the day. I would certainly stay here again.

We booked this for the advertised rooftop hot tub (shown in the pictures and the listing facilities where it doesnt say theres an additional charge). Only after booking do you find there's an additional charge to use it. It's a shame as the property is beautiful enough to not need to resort to this false advertising, it is beautiful enough without the hot tub or allow guests to use it for a lower price. The 60 minutes you can book it for includes a bottle of prosecco, I don't drink alcohol so its a waste of money for me. If you want to charge extra for it, then it should be clear in your listing and/or offer a alcohol free option too for people like me. I'm not going to pay an additional €125 for one hour in a hot tub.

Great location very clean nice friendly staff and the roof top is an amazing space with great views across Rome. The shower was amazing and the air con great too.

Air con could do with more instructions it was very cold and only seemed to have on/ off no adjustment. Could have just been us missing something. To be fair we could have asked but we got around it by having it on for short blasts. We also almost got locked out of the building when returning after reception closed. At check in we were asked to photograph a sheet with the info on. My friend did this then her phone died! We were discussing solutions and she re-checked her phone and if turned on for just long enough to get the code…our own miracle in Rome. Later found it had also been sent to me in the booking app also. Just sharing in case any one has the same problem. I think it could be better if the hotel offered the info on paper or put it on the key ring as phones can fail

The hotel is at the top floor of an old stylish apartment block very nicely renovated - Fantastic views in a very green area of Rome and a superb location for sightseeing on foot. The host gave good advice regarding reatauran5ts and you will be spoilt for choice for genuine Italian cuisine

Excellent location for sightseeing, wonderful renovated property with some of its ancient heritage quite evident. Staff were extremely helpful with a lateish check in. New bath rooms and great showers, just the ticket after long day of travel. Rooftop is a fantastic view and good for getting your bearings set with quite a few landmarks visable.

Air conditioner needs attention, suggest fan bearings are shot.

Friendly but not very accommodating. They would not even attempt to provide us with early breakfast which we prepaid. This was necessary due to prearranged tours that started 30 minutes earlier than the hotel preset breakfast time. They also refused to refund breakfast costs that we prepaid and couldn’t use. Very disappointed.

The location is just perfect. Room was huge, but you have to pay for the bigger one.

The breakfast is very poor, the heating didn’t work :( and it was January, so we were really cold. Bathroom was part of the bedroom separate just by glass, seems luxurious, but the pipes stink, so you don’t want to have this in your bedroom :/

The roof top is amazing, location is excellent, staff were all fantastic, the building has lots of charm.

The location is central, the service amicable, and the food was on par with anything you'd find on the street in the comfort of your hotel. Matteo was very helpful and responsive, which was always appreciated whenever I had a question on the room or area.

The car shuttle service that I booked through the hotel didn't show up at the time be had confirmed was booked for us to return to the airport. This wasn't an issue since I was able to book a taxi immediately, but it is something for the hotel management to consider reviewing.

The rooftop has really great views. The staff is super friendly, this is a family hotel. Has an elevator. It has a very lovely breakfast, and even though it doesn't have lots of options, it still has everything you need and top quality. The room was nice and clean, and has AC and basic toiletries.

As reception is open only until 7/8 pm, to get in you need to type in a code at the entrance to the floor (the hotel is on the 5th floor). The noise the buzzing of the door does was so loud, that it woke me up a few times. Also, every time someone closed a door/walked down the hallway. I assume the issue was the location of the room I was in - right next to reception. Maybe more inner rooms were fine.

The hotel manager/ owner Matteo is wonderful! We started communicating via messaging a few days before our travel and he answered to all my questions and provided all what we needed (arranged taxi pick at the airport, provided some food for our breakfast)! His receptionist Samantha was very kind and supportive too:) We got lucky to meet Matteo’s mom on last morning before departure but sadly didn’t see Matteo in person :( Maybe next time;) The hotel room was clean and neat, bathroom was spacious enough for European standard hotel size! Location was good too!

Wish we cool have a breakfast on the rooftop but we understand that this service is out of season now ( in November)
