Michelle was very nice and helpful. The room was big, compared with other hotels in Rome. It was nicely renovated.

It was very noisy. According to Booking.com the rooms should have been soundproofed, but, not even close. You can hear the noise from the street very clear, closing the window doesn't help much. Even noise from the hallway... so not much sleep staying here, sorry.

The location was in the heart of everything!The decor was nice. We had a warm welcome from Michelle at the front desk who was very helpful with everything we needed. We arrived early and were able to freshen up and store our luggage while we went out for a walk.

It was very loud at night. Soon we figured out that with the windows closed and a/c on it was much more quiet. The wifi was not good at all and we didn’t get much signal the whole stay.

Wonderful accomodation in a traditional building! The room was very clean and quiet even though it is located in a very popular spot. Great location! Walking distance to everything but also with easy access to public transportation. Snacks were available all day (croissants, cakes, pastries, fruits, tea...) for all the guests. Michelle and all the staff were very kind and helpful. Generally, the WiFi was strong, hot water anytime. We visited Rome during an extremely hot period, and the a/c worked perfectly (but we missed a tiny fridge - please consider this for the future). We had to catch a late flight and, after the checkout, they offered to keep our luggage. Thank you for everything!

Lovely location, super secure, impeccably decorated and clean with charm. Fabrizio was so kind and easy to contact. Luckily my room was ready early, it was sweltering outside and the air con was glorious. The room so spacious and comfy and stylish. The bathroom well equipped and clean. Water pressure and air con excellent. The mattress wasn’t foam like my personal preference but I still slept like a baby. I forgot to bring my ear plugs but used a bit of tissue to block out the infrequent and muted sounds of late night passersby - the street is not a very busy one. Would repeat 1000%.

Most friendly staff we've ever had during a holiday, beautiful, clean rooms and perfect location. All in all highly recommendable if you want to visit Rome!

During the night there was loud noise from the street.

Classic Rome guest house. Rooms are in an apartment building. Great location. I recommend a car service from the airport, get dropped off at the front door. Taxi from Termini. There are NO convenient metro stations within "dragging luggage" walking distance. Beware of the "chiesa nuova" metro shown on maps. Does not exist.

They were very welcoming and helpful, offered us to keep our luggage after our check out because we were leaving late in the evening.

The shower was a bit old and it didn't have much pressure, but everything was OK!

It’s a great location and very close to a number of buses and is walking distance to Prati and Trastevere. Michelle was a huge help and very friendly . She made sure I knew how to get the code properly to enter. Bed was super comfortable and everything was very clean.. there are two bars that are very close to get cappuccino/ espresso and cornetti. air conditioning was great too. I spent 6 days and was very comfortable.

it would have been nice to have a tiny frigo bar to keep water or juice in although I realize that can be an issue for cleaning.

Loved our stay here. Fabrizio and Michelle are very friendly and welcoming. They helped us with all our questions and even ordered a taxi for us to take us to the airport at the end of our stay. The location is perfect. It is very central to all the attractions in the historic part of Rome. Easy walking distance to everything. The room was clean and very spacious. The bed was very comfortable and it had a beautiful modern bathroom. We would definitely stay here again
