The room was gigantic and very clean. Bed was comfortable and host was very nice and helpful but also discreet. Would definitively come back here if we were coming back to Rome. Bonus point for the A/C unit that helped a lot as Rome was extra hot during our stay. WiFi signal was excellent. Neighborhood was great for walking to the different sites but far enough to be very calm. There was little to no noise at night. Our plane was also running late and the host was very nice about it and waited for us to arrive (after midnight) even if it was not planned.

Considering the heat, we were in the B&B most afternoons so we could not take advantage of the cleaning services. Maybe in the future specify an approximate time of cleaning for visitors to be out at this moment.

There is a well equipped kitchen on each floor of the building, which is shared between 3-4 rooms. There is an option for a breakfast, however we did not included it in our stay as there are many places where you can eat in close by. The location was perfect for us as we planned to not use the public transport, as from past experience we knew that it is usually very crowded and not faster than simply walking. All must-see-sites are in 15 minutes walking distance, the furthest site is the Roman Coliseum, which is 30 min away, There are many shops, supermarkets and restaurants with reasonable prices where you can find traditional Italian cuisine. The host was very kind and helpful. Every morning when we were heading out he met us for a quick chat making sure that everything is ok with our stay in the hotel, which was very sweet.

The only slightly annoying thing was that it's a bit noisy from the street outside, but after 23:00h it gets much quieter. Given the location this was absolutely understandable, as there are many tourists in the city center.

Location was great, close to the historical center but on a quiet street. We could reach all the sights by foot (Vatican 20min, Trevi 20min, Colosseum 30min). The room was very clean, housekeeping was done daily. Staff were welcoming and friendly, gave us recomemdations for dinner. There was a small shared kitchen (coffee, tea, water available).

If you are a light sleeper, you might want to bring earplugs, because even with the window closed we could still heat occasional noise from the street (people talking, cars and motorollers going by). Also the room is not soundproof, we had some noisy neighbours in the room next to ours, they were speaking quite loudly and we could hear every word.

The location is great - walking distance to practically everywhere a tourist would want to go in Rome. The room and bathroom were quite large - it was nice to have space to spread out. (As a side note, the shower is smaller than what some people might be used to, but that seems to be normal for European showers.) Veronica and Dario were very helpful and kind. We really appreciated that they kept the kitchen stocked with water and snacks; the water especially was necessary with the summer heat!

Perfectly situated within walking distance to many of the top attractions in Rome. Amazing restaurants and some nice shops in the vicinity. Very friendly staff with accommodations that were clean, comfortable, air-conditioned, with turn-down service every day.

The only downside was that they no longer offer continental breakfast in the common area. They still offer some prepacked biscuits and an espresso machine with access to a common-use refrigerator. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!

The location is amazing and the neighbourhood is very nice. The person on WhatsApp is very responsive. The room is very clean, a little dated.

The bed was rock hard. I was really disappointed in the bed as that is such an easy fix - even mattress toppers would help. I could feel the springs. The breakfast is all in packets, nothing is fresh. They should just do away with breakfast altogether, it’s unnecessary and the current option just creates disappointment.

Excellent location, the building was very well presented, the staff were very helpful, the room very clean and with adequate space for two people. The toilet was also ample and there was an unexpected snack bar to prepare coffee in the morning.

The walls were a little thin and we could hear conversations and children playing next door. In the end is not a big issue because it is a very popular area and the street is always bustling!

Location was great in a wonderful area of Rome with great lively streets, unit had 3 bathrooms with showers, kitchen was nice and useful and included a few snacks, staff was friendly and helpful with information

There were quite a few stairs to reach the unit and can be difficult with lots of luggage (staff warns about this right after booking), the showers were a bit small

The property is very close to most of the attractions. A walking distance to Vatican City and the Spanish Steps. We were welcomed by the host and he was very friendly and attentive. It happened that I was celebrating my birthday on the day and they provided a wine bottle as a surprise in the room. I highly recommend this air b&b as we were really happy with the service and our stay.

what a great find in great location in Rome. This was my 5th time in Rome and I am just hoping that whenever I return, I am able to stay in this same place. Beautiful, clean, shard kitchen (in case you need it), great location, very good price and 10 points to the check in - helpful, kind, friendly guy was willing to help with any questions/inquiries :)
