Our stay at Room Inn Vatican was excellent Paolo was an excellent host he was very friendly and helpful if you had a question about buses etc Our room was big and so fresh with beautiful fresh sheets and pillows the bed was so comfortable.The room had tea and coffee facilities and Paolo left bottled water everyday which is a really nice touch.Location is excellent 5minute walk to the Vatican plus near to buses that will leave to other area’s too. Room Inn Vatican is surrounded by plenty of cafes bars and restaurants we were really happy with our stay and will definitely return.

Very close to Vatican / San Pietro Piazza, something like 5' walking distance. Also, very close to Metro station, which is always good. Room was clean, small but enough for a city-break. You have refrigerator, ironing machine in the room. Paolo always available to help with anything and answering quickly on WhatsApp/calls. the room was ready until the check in:) perfect.

The location was amazing, so well connected to the city center. Metro is 3minutes away. The room was clean and Paolo was kind enough to let us enter the rooms before the actual check in. The appartment was well equipped and there are multiple stores in the neighbourhood.

The internet was slow at times, but this did not affect our overall experience at all.

Paolo the owner was an amazing host and nothing was too much trouble for him. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The location was good, being only a few minute’s from The Vatican and other sites of interest were walkable within 30/45 minutes.

Property is just 1 minute walk from Bus Station, 4 minutes walk from Metro Station and 8 Minutes away from St.Peters Basilica in The Vatican! It was very convenient to travel to other places in Rome. Apart from that the building is very clean and secure. The rooms are modern and spacious and also have a nice view! Paolo is super nice and made sure everything was to our liking! Will definitely come back here when I go back to Rome!

The service was excellent and very smooth even though was managed remotely. The location is excellent and the air conditioning was perfect. The room was clean and fresh.

The sink wasn't draining properly and we had to clean more often. We didn't report it as we were staying only for two nights. The kettle also needs to be replaced as the coil paint is chipping off

Arianna is a fantastic host! She was friendly, helpful and prompt. She gave us some wonderful restaurant and shopping recommendations for the area. The apartment was also very clean, conveniently located and had all the necessary amenities (the air conditioning and Wifi were essential!). We had a fantastic time in Rome and Vatican City and would highly recommend staying here!!

The shower head may need to be replaced/cleaned since it squirts water in all directions.

The room was very clean, minutes walk from the vatican and from a metro that gets very close to the center. The room we booked was nice but not exeptional (keep in mind we booked the cheapest one)

You can hear every noise very clearly from the hallway between the rooms, if there are people talking it sounds like they are right next to you, and when someone enters the main door you can hear it very loud as well.

Next to Vatican museum. Great location for places in Vatican. Metro Ottavia station is nearby. Lot of places to eat. The guest house is in a old building and there is a old lift to the floor. Mr.Paolo is friendly and will explain everything via WhatsApp (pls remember to provide WhatsApp since there is no reception).

Great location - close to the metro, a few minutes walk to Vatican City. Lots of places to eat nearby & even a small market a few doors down. Room was quiet & clean.

Tiny shower - not a problem for us, but might be for some.
