Being a frequent traveler for business, I believe my endorsement carries significant weight when I declare that this has been the most outstanding accommodation I have ever experienced during my business travels! The location is truly exceptional, allowing convenient walking access to the main landmarks. Moreover, the hotel itself is meticulously restored, offering modern amenities such as USB ports for charging, keyless entry, excellent bathroom essentials, including high-quality personal care products like good shampoos, and a very comfortable bed. It's these small details that truly make a difference. Finally, the rooms are cleaned every day. But, what really sets the place apart is the wonderful owner/hostess of the hotel, Sara, went made it her personal mission to make us comfortable and feel well taken care of. It is a rare thing to have a host/hostess who will exert so much emotional labour to make you feel like at home, even if away from home. As an example, our professional assignment required a lot of taxi transfers, all of which Sara handled expertly. At the end of our stay we received a lovely little gift from the hotel which simply made us feel appreciated. We, too, appreciate everything, and will stay again on our next visit to Siena!

Quiet location, yet very close to all the landmarks and to numerous restaurants. Beautiful, modern rooms/bathrooms in a newly renovated historic building. Sara, the host/owner, was super helpful and absolutely charming.

Just a recommendation: since this used to be an old tower, there is no lift in the building and you have to use the stairs. While for us this was not a problem, guests with limited mobility should ensure they get a room on the ground or first floor.

We were made to feel very special. It's a small hotel, the proprietor,Sara,knows you by sight and was delightful, making sure we were comfortable and happy which we were.

Be aware that there is no lift. We joked it was our in house gym. Be aware but don't be put off, we are older but handled the stairs comfortably.
