Arcadia Boutique Hotel

Location, size of room, cleanliness, cheerful staff. the location is perfect, easy walk to the train station, right around the corner from the Ghetto, walk-able (everything in Venice is walked) to St. Marks. Nice breakfast. Nice room. However, the standout item was the staff. THEY WERE AMAZING. Polite, nice, happy, and ahead of me at every turn. I was SO impressed.

I didn't have any problems. I was REALLY happy with them. The review system requires that I put something here, so.... um... let's see.... I can't. The team at the front desk was so nice, so on top of things... the room was clean and comfortable... I don't have any complaints.

The location was perfect. Very close to the Alilaguna stop so very easy to arrive from and depart to the Airport. Many restaurants and shops in close proximity. Staff was excellent. Very pleasant and helpful. Fresh towels every day.

No chest of drawers if one wanted to unpack. Only one, small trash can in room, located in the bathroom. No elevator, but given the fact that all the hotels in Venice are in old buildings and Palazzos with few floors it is probably not unusual. Not a game- changer, though.

Beautiful boutique hotel with great comfort. It is located in the Cannaregio neighborhood, right next to the Jewish ghetto, train station and numerous restaurants within 10-15 min walk. From the airport one can get here by water transport to the Guglie boat stop or train station. The rooms are equipped with everything required, they are clean and modern, beds are comfortable, cosmetics is amazing, AC and wifi worked well. It is quiet in the room - no noise is heard from outside. There is not much people in the hotel, so it feels restful. The breakfast was very nice, with fruits, vegetables and other meals. Personnel is nice and pleasant.

The only minus to consider is that it takes approx 20-30 min by walking to the main touristic attractions. This may be not comfortable for those who need to rest from long walks during the day or similar.

The hotel is located in a bustling area of Cannaregio, but even with all the bistros, shops, and people in close proximity, the building was soundproof so it was not noisy indoors. It is also close to the train station, and a few water bus stations, so you could easily get around Venice. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They made our first trip to Venice feel amazing and we would definitely come back.

We were greated by very friendly staff who took our luggage and checked us in. They even walked us to our room to personally show us around. The room was perfect, quiet and very clean. The bar and breakfast room was beautiful and had everything that we wanted and needed. The location was perfect! Very close to the train station and centrally located to everything. Highly recommend staying here.

Hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful especially at check in! General Decor and room were brilliant, breakfast room very impressive, bed was huge and comfortable. Shower was great! Location was perfect to access whole city and love the local quiet back streets.

Very silly covid rules which ruin breakfast buffet. We all know that covid doesn’t spread through physical objects, having a buffet where you have to have a member of staff pick everything out for you is a waste of time and ruins the experience. Everyone was frustrated by this. Also the rooms were a bit loud and often got disturbed early morning by other guests closing their doors

The location is fantastic. Just steps away from some great restaurants, many of which were recommended by the staff. They are extremely welcoming and we felt very well taken care of throughout our stay. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful to answer any of your questions or guide you in the right direction day or night. The rooms are very comfortable and beautifully designed. Breakfast was great with many options for everyone. This is an excellent boutique hotel in the heart of Venice, close to attractions, but far enough away from the major crowds.

Great breakfast in classy salon ( I forgot the term for the room in Italian). You can also sit outside that room on a balcony. The staff was absolutely first rate. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and fun. Ask them for dining suggestions. They are spot on for that.

I thought I booked a king bed. The bed seemed smaller than that. It was not a problem particularly but if it matters to you you should clarify the bed size on booking.

Bed was nice and large. Location was close to Piazza Roma and not far to walk to St Mark’s square. Breakfast was delicious and varied. Many nearby shops and restaurants. Very quiet

The reception staff was not very friendly. Only two large towels for two people and I always need two for myself. Small room for a Superior double. Hard to pull suitcases up two flights of stairs. Expensive area for private taxi.

very good location, nice antique small palazzo. The staff extremely nice , we had to leave early to catch a plane, they prepared a "breakfast box' for us to take away. room was clean , towels& soaps super nice

the room is extremely small... was ok for us just for the night, but for a longer stay it would be challenging for 2 of us and suitcases. shower space too is a bit too basic (missing a shelf or something to put your stuff)
