pleasent and helpful staff, Great location, right next to kosher restertants and jewish establishments. A few minute walk from water busses to many lacations. very claen and preaty view from the hall way windows. The hotel accomadated our arrivel in middle of the night by keeping the key in a key box outside the hotel door.

I would reccomnd to send an exact link to location link and exact walking directions from the water bus, it was hard to find the hotel when we arrived in middle of the night It was very hot during our stay -the AC didn't work so well and the shower swithched a lot between cold and hot (It is an old building so it wasnt so superising) but the staff tried to help and were very understanding. Over all we still enjoyed and reccomend this hotel !!

Excellent location away from the Summer crowds. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had a canal view room which I totally loved. Nice and clean. Spacious room. Close to amenities such as restaurants, shops and supermarket. A larger fridge would be beneficial, and more shelves or storage in the bathroom would also be nice. Loved the kettle and complimentary tea and coffee. Perhaps a small milk would be good to be provided for people like myself who just wanted a cup of tea after 35 hours of travel. I would definitely recommend Rimon Place and hope to return 💗

Lovely location with views from our room over the square. Really easy to walk anywhere in Venice, with loads of great bars and restaurants nearby. Beds were very comfortable, good shower and excellent facilities in the room like a safe, fridge and hairdryer. Modern and clean and staff were very friendly.

It was a little difficult to find as the name on the building is not the same as it is on booking.com. It was a bit noisy at times as you could hear the breakfast room and chairs scraping in the room above, but not a problem during the night.

The cleanliness, location and staff were great and it made our stay really hospitable. The breakfast service was top notch and we were well looked after. The location was superb in the quiet Jewish quarter and also in the vicinity of a great gondola ride spot, away from the hustle and bustle of the busier Gran Canal.

The fact that out of 4 days the lift was in Shabbat mode for 3 days and with a buggy to take around, it was the least you would have wanted after going around the bridges of Venice. It also made taking down our luggage a last minute hassle before leaving. Also the fact that the temperature in the room was not comfortable and we couldn't use an AC and there was a problem with the hot water.

the hotel is well located within east walking distance of everything we wanted to see, it has great transport links to and from the airport/Murano/burano etc. but also away from the throng of people. the immediate location is full of wine bars, cafes, and restaurants just across a little bridge. the facilities where good, breakfast plentiful and nice, and our family room (apartment) spotless. but most of all, the staff were just so lovely and helpful. nothing was too much trouble, no matter how many questions I had. we had a brilliant time.

The staff is very professional and polite. Due to certain personal preferences we had to change our room and even though the hotel was quite full, the front desk staff did everything to accomodate our request. Big thank you for that. Great canal view from your window. Generally the hotel has great value for money, maybe one of the best in Venice.

Yes, the breakfast is quite basic, but its more than enough to start your day (coffee, boiled eggs, cream, break, fruit, salad). Breakfast staff was also super nice and professional.

The location was great and the room was clean modern and spacious with views on the square. The hotel is close to casa bonita (an amazing restaurant) and not far from the train/bus station and the centre. It’s very calm at night and we were happy to catch a break from the chaos of the centre of Venice. The staff was lively and helpful.

Not related to the hotel, but do not leave your windows open past 3pm. The mosquitoes will eat you alive

- Good location, about 10-30 min walk from the main tourist attractions, 10 min from rail/bus station - Great canal view - Very responsive and supportive administration - Stable and speedy WiFi connection - Good breakfasts (almost like buffet, but with a prior orders)

- The shower.It is probably the weakest spot of this hotel. The shower head was a bit broken, but the main issue is the water temperature. It constantly swings back and forth by about 15 degrees every 10-15 seconds, so it is very almost impossible to avoid the state when it's too cold or too hot. - A bit complicated system with breakfasts. Due to COVID, everyone in the hotel had every day to fill the paper with what they wanted for breakfast and choose one of 3 shifts. - Small nitpick - no shoehorn and no spare bed sheets in the room :)

The property was clean and situated in a good location. The apartment was really well equipped and large. Good value for our money.The staff starting from the reception to the cleaning ladies were very helpful and kind enough to answer our questions. They were very courteous. Shout out to the kitchen staff specially to the kind lady who helped me with my decaf coffee.breakfast was delicious. Would really recommend this place to mu friends!

Hotel and rooms are very clean. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Relatively close to Vaporeto stop. If you want to be in or near the Jewish Ghetto, it's the perfect place to stay. Has small kosher breakfast included with the price.

Room was pretty small (but in Venice you don't really stay in your room). Shower was constantly fluctuating between hot and cold water. Need to list in advance what you want to have for next day's breakfast and select which breakfast shift you would like to be in. It's not as if there's a huge selection to choose from and in the end the very friendly staff in the dining room will give you whatever you ask for (from the small selection they have) so this feels a little silly to have to fill in this form, but it takes just a minute anyway.
