The location was perfect and the room was so clean and compostable

There was no wifi even the explanation of the hotel saying there was and in our room there was even no phone service which was so inconvenient.

Size of room, windows -- our room, up the flight of stairs, was airy and light. If you're looking for fresh seafood there is a beautiful seafood stall on the canal, very nearby.

If the smell of fish bothers you, beware. There is a lovely fish store down the alley that you must pass to get out to the street (canal). It's set up outside on the canal every morning. I'm not sure when they shut down but there's no evidence of the stall by afternoon. On another note, My husband is over 6' tall and elderly. The bed was very low to ground and he had a hard time getting up from it.

The rooms are well kept, all facilities are in the room - induction hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, plates, cutlery, iron and ironing board. Air conditioning in the bedroom works well. The bathroom is a good size and the water pressure for the shower is great. The location is good, around half an hour walk to the main attractions. Plenty of things around the hotel - restaurants and shops, gondolas and bars. The host was lovely, everything was really quick and easy, good response times from the host and couldn’t do enough for you!

The apartment is in a very good location in Venice, only a couple of minutes away by foot from the train station. The apartment is big enough for a family of four, although the layout of the apartment is a little strange (you have to walk through one bedroom to go to the bathroom). The host is very friendly and responds quickly to questions or requests.

It's probably due to the construction of the building, but the water pressure in all rooms is not that great and the water flows away very slowly in all rooms. The water in the shower took about 4 to 5 minutes to warm up and a maximum of 2 people were able to take a warm shower. The kitchen is equipped with the basic things, but is very limited.

It was well located in the city and it had good air conditioning. The bed was also confortable and we had a little kitchen (some ustensiles, plates, coffee machine, microwave and a little stove). Also, the host is really helpful through What’sapp.

It had no mirrors in the room. Also, the toilet in the private bathroom was difficult to flush. Some of the dishes were dirty (but that’s probably the fault of the last tenants before us).

the room is spacious and has everything you need for a couple of days. the kitchen is well equipped, bathroom is clean and the host provide a good set of towels and body/hair wash

my room was a bit dark, no daylight goes in as it’s on the first floor and windows overlook the courtyard

The property was clean and spacious and had all amenities you want. Would highly recommend living here as it’s centrally located and near bus and railway station.

Everything was fine except some noises early morning between 4am and 5am as fishmongers start working early morning. Some smell of fish as you leave the property through alley but didn’t bother us.

My third stay in this apartment which says alot! Fab location, everything you need, clean, great that we could leave luggage which was really helpful.

Couldn't find the coffee pot but minor detail.

Great location, comfortable, good value for money.

Suggest leaving instructions for how to operate the climate control system and TV.

There was only one portal Air conditioner that too had it’s pipe broken so the hot air also stayed in. But it was matter of 2 days so we didn’t bother the owner.
