Easy to find, central street, but the room is quiet, clean, big, with a lot of light. Wonderful, helpful staff, even though they are not staying overnight. Rich, delicious breakfast. There is a teapot, a bottle of drinking water, an electric mosquito repellent. WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK.

There may be mosquitoes, when you open the window.

Very kind staff, they let us leave the bags after check out, easy check-in; Perfect location: near central station, vaporetto, restaurants, etc; Quiet at night; Big room well decorated, with a small fridge, kettle and a safe box; The building is beautiful; With a decent breakfast included

Bed was a little uncomfortable; The aircon is too noisy, and we couldn't sleep with window open since it does not have mosquito net (and there's a lot of them!) - might be a good thing to add. It was the only thing here that ruin my night. Nevertheless, I would stay there again!

Viola was charming and so very helpful throughout our stay. A big thank you to her! The room was clean and quiet amd the location was excellent. A very good place to stay if you are in Venice. Cheaper and quieter than the more popular tourist areas. Make sure you eat at the Trattoria da Mimmo next door!

Viola and the other people working at Art Dreams were lovely. Location is perfect and despite being in a busy part of town you hear no noise inside. Breakfast was ready at said time, bed was very comfortable.

If I have to say something, the airco worked VERY well, but did make a buzzing rhythmic noise occasionally, which woke me up at night. But with airco off the room was too warm (for me), so I turned it back on and fell asleep after a while anyway.

This was superb from beginning to end. The helpful, polite service was second to none. We were also given expert advice regarding trips and travel. The bedroom, the bed, the bathroom facilities and the breakfasts were all excellent. I would recommend this place to all of my friends and hope very much to come back some day soon.

This B&B is in a great location in Venice. It was walkable to the ferry and train. Viola is a great host. she was constantly working to make sure everything was clean and stocked up. She also prepared breakfast in the morning.

Just note two of the rooms have a shared bathroom. It wasn’t an issue but it will state this in the booking.

Location is fairly close to the train station. The room is large yet comfortable, and its deco is artsy. Even though the hotel is on a busy street, I like the fact the window is facing the courtyard in the back so the room is pretty quiet. Viola at the reception was accommodating and gave great recommendations on restaurants and attractions.

Nothing I experienced

Pretty and centrally located B&B with friendly staff. The decoration and furniture give the rooms an air of an old Palazzo. The room and shared bathroom was clean.

The mattress was very hard. There was nowhere to hang the towel in the room (which we needed to keep as we opted for the shared bathroom) and we only got one small towel for hands, face and body. on the plus side, we were provided with a nice bathrobe.

The Art Dreams is on one of the most popular road of Venice, very clean,quietly,safe and only 3-4 minutes walking from train station. The decoration is classic Venetian and the rooms looks like palaces bedrooms, magnificent!!! The staff is very polite and friendly they help with everything you need to know. I love it 💞 and I highly recommended.

The Staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful. The room was spacious, lovely, venetian in character, and clean. 10 min walking distance from the station was very convenient and practical. We loved our stay here and would come back again. Thank you Viola for making our first visit to Venice a very pleasant one. I would highly recommend this establishment. The food was also very good & the value for money is fair.
