Ozo Hotels Armada Amsterdam

I was 10/10 happy and recommend every tourist visiting Ams.

We spent 3 night at Armada Hotel. We arrived in Amsterdam at 21:00, we took the train from Schipol airport to Amsterdam Central station, then we walked bc it wasn't far and we wanted to enjoy a walk around Amsterdam. Once we arrived at the hotel everything was ready for us and the staf was very friendly and helpfull. The room was small but it was more than enough for us since we were out all the day. The room view was amazing! It was cleaned every day. Hotel was in a great area and everything was near, we reached every atraction by foot. There was a market nearby and very good placed were you can eat breakfast, lunch or dinner. We loved that it was a very quiet place and we slept so good and comfy during the night. The room was very warm, we didn't need AC

comfortable bed, fab shower.

the staff were rude from the second we got there. cold room, windows wouldn’t shut, heating and air con didn’t work, units layered in dust, no tea and coffee facilities in room or available at reception. €170 for one night! shocking! we’ve had better for way cheaper! won’t be back.

This hotel has a fantastic canal view which is the highlight of where the hotel is located. (Make sure to request canal view when booking) It is about 30 mins walk from Dam Central Train Station and about 8 mins walk from the Metro train. Lots a nice cafes and bars on the way if you are looking to explore. Also great location for pictures. Staff were very helpful. Rooms were standard but excepted as rates are cheaper. If you are looking to sight see all day I would recommend this hotel. We did not get breakfast here we went out every morning.

Note - the only way up to this hotel is via flight of stairs. There is no ramp or hill if you require this. Also there is one vending machine on the ground floor and it only takes coins. No card is accepted.

it’s right in the central of rembantplien where all the night clubs are and not far walk from all the main centre and museums the you get free coffee, the staff where nice too and cleaned your room everyday (even if you put don’t disturb on your door) always welcomed with a smile.

it’s not worth the price it’s really old and run down inside wallpaper in the room has marks all over, damages to doors no shower door in our room either rusted windows it needs a refurb inside badly paid £140 a night for bank holiday weekend I’d say worth about £70 a night.

I like the location, it is at the center where you will just walk few minutes and will reach tge restaurants and bar to chill. There is a coffee machine and options on it which you could have warm tea anytime you want. Thats a plus 🤗 There is also lift on certain rooms only not for all rooms.

The towels are old and YELLOWISH already which you will think twice to use on your body. There is only bodywash in the room nothing else. No toothbrush no Toothpaste no hand wash.

Lovely clean and modern rooms, slightly on the smaller side but perfect for a weekend break as a couple. Free coffee facilities in reception so no need to rush out to get one in the morning, and a vending machine for snacks if needed. We stayed in a room facing the canal and it was perfect! So lovely waking up with that view every morning. The staff on reception were fab and gave us some recommendations on where to go and best places to visit for NYE which is when we stayed. It was a quiet hotel and no noise from neighbouring rooms. Perfect location, far enough away it wasnt too busy but a 10 minute walk away from the square and 25 minute walk away from Centraal station.

Nothing to complain about

Location close to Rembrandtplein, room rate was a little high but since it was end of summer many people are vsisting Amsterdam again since it opened back up for tourists. Hotel is very nice and environment is just as nice. Room was great, no problems with anything. Roberto at the front desk was extremely helpful and gave advice and general info about Amsterdam that was very useful to me at least half a dozen times, very professional & friendly as well. Same with Anna. Very professional, extremely helpful (she helped me with info on all things train, tram metro card and so on). All staff I encountered were A+ Hotel lobby nice and comfortable, very organized. Vending machine in lobby with cold drinks and snacks was also very good.

room rate a little high, but rooms are in high demand in Amsterdam now along with many post C19 summer tourists trying to find them. A discount for extended stay like > 2 weeks would be good., especially for the returning customer./guest.

Free tea and coffee in reception area Lift 24/7 front desk quick check in and check out - offered to call us a taxi to the airport when we checked out. Very clean room and daily housekeeping. Nice and peaceful in the hotel too. Staff were all lovely and friendly Vouchers and information leaflets for things to do in amsterdam were available in the reception atea

GREAT location!!! Especially with the canal view room-very cute Easy and quick check in Hot choc and coffee machine in the lobby yay! After check out the reception lock up your bags if you want to explore and later come pick them up- very handy.

Smart TV didn't work when trying to connect with WIFI or the phone :( Not a lot of room in the bathroom, very small, water easily goes all all over.
