OMID Saldanha Hotel

clean, very close to city, staff very friendly

Nothing bad, but they forgot to put coffee in the room and barely any tissue paper

The location of the hotel was quite good, close to the metro station, restaurants were located in the surroundings streets. The room was clean and tidy.

We could hear the external sounds while being in the room, it was quite annoying especially during the night. The most maddening thing was the blinking light from the smoke detector just above the bed. We also did not get enough shower gels and the cleaning lady did not appear to restock the products.

The staff was very professional and knowledgeable about the city. They ensured we were comfortable throughout our trip and gave great suggestions of things to do while we were in Lisbon. I will definitely stay again the next time I visit and suggest to my friends

We had an amazing stay at the Omid Saldanha Hotel. The staff was really friendly and cooperative. From restaurant bookings to sightseeing information, they were always at disposal to help us out. The design of the hotel is very modern & luxurious. I especially loved the marble details right at the front desk and in the bathroom. Talking about the bathroom, I feel in love with the huge round mirror 😍. I like the whole color theme in general. We stayed at a fancy and safe area, very close to the city center. All in all, I didn't expect this experience for such a good price, we'll definitely be back!

I really liked location! The hotel is minimalistic and stylish. I was in love with my room - so comfortable. The bed is amazing and I even had a small table “for work”.

One thing that should be improved is the shower. The floor in the shower itself isnt clean and the water doesnt goes away after taking the shower which is unpleasant experience for the next time and not hygienic. Another thing is breakfast was a bit poor for such a hotel. The last thing: even though the personal of the hotel was friendly and helpful - I would prefer if they could speak better English.

The staff was okay and helpful. My room was good, great size and facilities, it had a nespresso machine and 2 local pastries waiting for me on arrival. The bed was comfortable, and the tv had a lot of channels, plus an option to cast from your phone. The cleaning service was good, the room felt clean every day. On the last day of our stay, one of the group members got sick, and reception allowed us to late checkout the room for free, no questions asked.

The room didn't have a closet. It had a place to put a bag and a few small shelves. The location is not the best, although getting a taxi in lisbon is not very expensive. The hotel is close to a few metro stations, which is comfortable. The AC controls in my room were locked, so every time I wanted to turn the AC on or off or change the temperature I had to call reception and they were not always available.

The hotel is beautifully furnished and the service is fantastic. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay in Lisbon momerable.

Everything was really great - The room was nice and tidy with new equipment. Very welcoming, helpful and friendly staff. The hotel is not located quite in the historic center of the city, but within walking distance. Or you can use the metro to get to the centre - there are several stations nearby. The whole district is charming with lots of restaurants and cafes.

One of the few things I felt as a negative was that the room was not sufficiently soundproofed - you could hear a lot of noises from the other rooms. And instead of a coffee maker, I would have liked an electric kettle in the room so I could prepare tea, but that's a matter of personal preference.

We stayed on the 4th floor, the floors are pretty tiny so most rooms are "close" to the elevator, but was overall very quiet. Great blackout curtain, woke up during broad daylight and thought it was nighttime (might be a con to some haha). Good location, there is an Aldi and another grocery store down the street, as well as some cafes and restaurants. Close to a couple public transportation stops. Quiet area. Great location if looking for low-key and quiet, but not a great location if you are looking for the bar/club scene. Staff was very friendly. Everything was super clean. Great size room, bathroom, bed. Bed was super comfy. Provided toiletries as well. Hotel has a bar/restaurant. Our room had a nice size mini fridge as well. They also provided luggage storage.

Honestly really no complaints except the lobby/floors smelled like really strong cologne all the time. But otherwise we had a very great, comfortable, and clean stay!

New hotel, extremely comfortable with great staff members , always willing to assist. Highly recommended
