Sheraton Lisboa Hotel & Spa

Very nice and modern hotel with great spa. rooms were up to standard and a welcome gift is always nice

The girl checking us in was not very friendly. She never did welcome us, and actually gave us attitude. After that she added €200 on top of the agreed amount, just in case we might need something during our stay. If this is policy, please mention this to your guests as we experienced it as greedy, especially coming from the mean girl.

Breakfast was fab! Location was fair. Still had to taxi to many places. Staff were sooo nice, especially in the lobby. There was a great atmosphere in the lobby. Especially for a night cap.

I did ask for pool view and asked when I realised and was told it was too busy. Slight smell of stale smoke so definitely ask for non smoking next time. And strange that on check in I was told I should of booked with site because I would of got a better deal. This was untrue as I had checked this before travel. Not something that should be said when your checking in unless you are going to give me a discount.

Everyone was very very friendly and helpful, especially the team during the happy hour at the bar (special thanks to Marco and Bruno), breakfast team as well. The room on the 24th floor was very nice with a great view.

I booked a room with club lounge access and, after arrival, was told that the club lounge is closed. Instead, the hotel offered to get soft drings at the bar (ground floor) and snacks with drinks during happy hour, also at the ground floor. Even though I didn't like this at first, I have to admit that the staff did a great job and brought a huge plate with all sorts of tasty snacks to our table. Besides that, I experienced the same situation (club access booked but replaced by ground floor facilities) at several hotels during the last weeks, all due to the current covid situation and the necessity to save a little bit. The rooftop bar was also closed. I will be happy to come back as soon as everything is back to normal.

Location is nice, easy to be reached by metro. Room was comfortable. Reception staff was nice and kind. The bed is awsome, because I could sleep well during these 4 nights.

We have scheduled a lot during the whole day, what we want is to have spa and go to the top floor bar at night (after 22:00 at least). But unfortunately we did not have the luck to catch up with the luxury experience.

When I booked the Sheraton, I was expecting just a standard hotel experience, a place to sleep while I could explore the city and run errands during the day. However, I was traveling with my 80 year old dad who was in poor health, and I'm extraordinarily grateful by how kind, caring, and compassionate the staff was, particularly the concierge Claudia Barao who checked us in and periodically checked in on us. She was always attentive to his needs, helping him back to his room when he got lost, providing him with a wheelchair, and making us feel like we were in a boutique hotel with personalized attention rather than a corporate chain.

Everything was great from the time we arrived at the hotel. We were greeted with smiles and a warm welcome, the bar and restaurant was very good, great pool and to top it off a lovely room on the 19th floor. it was close to restaurants and walking distance to the shopping area.

the only thing I could fault would be the towels in the bathroom and they weren’t really that bad.

Room was well appointed and clean. Mattress was firm and comfortable.

There were only one available outlet that was not already occupied. Considering the large number of devices that need charging such as cell phones, tablets, computers, hearing aids, etc. one available outlet is inadequate. At a minimum there should be a power strip at the desk and an available outlet at each bed side.

Excellent service and support. Had an issue with phone and tv, management quickly resolved within 1/2 hour, apologized and also offered minor compensations, such as free breakfast.

Would have been nice for hotel to offer smaller lower priced food options for those not looking to eat or spend much, to supplement the bar food offerings

there was nothing we could fault, all staff were friendly/ do anything to help, great breakfast choice, hotel was spotlessly clean. some may not like the location as not in the heart of the old city ~ but for us no issue just to jump on the metro which was very easy to use. I would not hesitate to return it recommend to others. we were also able to use the spa, the pool was a lovely 25-28 degrees, lovely sauna and steam room. had a salt scrub and massage- fabulous!

The Staff service was outstanding in the lobby bar. The room was fine. The view was interesting. the walk to old town isn't too bad, Bar snack food was adequate and the environment friendly and welcoming.

House keeping was below club standard. The club lounge was closed, so drinks had to be taken in the lobby bar where there was a full size screen playing football matches. albeit on silent felt it was intrusive
