it is really a 5* hotel everything is at the best standard

roof pool is very crowded and usually couldn't find a bed breakfast area is also crowded and could be in a bigger area

The staff at this hotel really set an example for other people working in hotels. The facilities were nice too, but is was the staff and how easy everything was here that made it stand out. Firts of all, the basic things were perfect (cleaning, breakfast, spa, reception etc) and then on top of that there was small things that that made my stay so easy, comfortable and outstanding. Its hard to put in to words all the small situations and things that just made it so nice. I felt at home and could just enjoy my stay without any fuss. Classy and luxurous but still natural and friendly. Perfect!

The staff were helpful and doing their absolute best with the guests as the hotel was fully booked during my stay. Everyone from housekeeping to bell hops and restaurant staff were incredibly helpful. Spa and fitness areas were spacious. I felt well taken care of and the hotel itself was spotless. The room was great and pillows were comfortable. The hotel was very busy during my stay, but it never felt hectic. This hotel is also located in a convenient location if you have a car as it is a bit further away from the center of the city.

The pool could have been cleaned more often and a better process for using the beds on the rooftop pool.

A pleasant and comfortable hotel, clean and spacious, modern and up to date and still cozy. An impressive and spacious spa area with a pleasant and quiet pool downstairs, and a cool and not very large pool on the roof. On summer days you will have a hard time finding a cover in the shade, most of the sunbeds are under the scorching Portuguese sun. The main compliments go to the team. Pleasant, professional, courteous and friendly receptionists helped in everything and matter with a smile and from a sincere desire to make your stay as pleasant as possible. They were lovely. Every request from the room service was carried out quickly. The location of the hotel is not unique, but in the crowded historical center there will surely not be a possibility for a hotel with such facilities. Uber will take you anywhere in minutes, and the historic 24 tram is just around the corner. Thanks to Epic Sana Lisboa for a wonderful week.

There are not enough umbrellas or any other solution that would give more shade in the rooftop pool The pillows are too soft. I asked for firmer pillows and they brought to my room two soft pillows inside one pillowcase, which of course did not solve the problem. A small technical matter that did not cloud my satisfaction with the hotel.

The most important thing to me is air conditioning and this hotel didn’t disappoint, the best air conditioning for super hot days and nights the beds and linen where amazing, I didn’t wan to get out of bed. super friendly staff The roof top pool water temperature was perfect for me I like a warm pool. the shower was one of the best I have ever had, amazing pressure.

thé hôtel is a little far away but Ubers are so reliable and super cheap about 4 euro into the center the pool needs more shade as it’s super hot and sunny would be better if it was an adult only pool as the kids are rather annoying splashing when you are trying to relax

Everything about this hotel was perfect and I would recommend anyone travelling to Lisbon to stay at this hotel! It was by far one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in and is truly a 5 star rating. The room, facilties, location, and food (especially breakfast) all vastly exceeded my expectations. The staff working at the hotel are extremely friendly and are always available to help. We stayed during my birthday and after returning to our room that night a small cake and bottle of champagne was waiting for us. The little details and care the staff provide to their customers are above and beyond. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely nothing, everything was perfect!

I had been many times to the spa of this hotel (which is brilliant) and decided to book my Christmas stay with them. Best decision ever! The hotel is fantastic and the Christmas decorations were lovely. The rooms are big, bright and spacious (we got the one facing the river) and the entire hotel is very clean and well taken care of. We had an unfortunate fire during Christmas and the hotel promptly helped finding accommodation for my family (and even exceptionally our cat) due to the severity of the circumstances and time of the year. I am forever grateful and I have no words to thank the kindness of the staff. The breakfast is one of the best I ever had in Lisbon as well - with a lot of variety and accommodating for people with dietary restrictions. I will pick this hotel every time I travel to Lisbon again!

5* goes to the staff at breakfast, Upscale rooftop bar, spa & housekeeping. Welcoming, professional and accommodating. Lovely spacious room, great shower!, good lighting with sockets near the huge mirror (a rare treat in hotels!). Housekeeping was excellent with changing towels, topping up water, coffee pods etc Breakfast was excellent, both thy buffet, service and menu cooked to order. Rooftop pool area fab! yes you may have to wait a little for a shaded bed, but not that long and all the beds are so comfy. Drinks and service were again, excellent. Brilliant views down to the sea. Loved the location. The area was perfect for us with parks and restaurants nearby, but a little walk from the busiest tourist areas. Good for transport links too.

I’m not a fan of the open bathroom vibe. it looks nice but I appreciate more privacy.

Rooms were spacious and the bed was huge and almost too comfortable ! Breakfast was a lovely start to the day with very attentive waiters and a good choice of hot and cold items including options for eggs cooked to order. Service was excellent throughout the hotel including a well managed rooftop terrace. Whilst the loungers are limited, the staff do manage the process of reservations and "wait lists" very well - a thankless task. The pool was big enough for a few cooling-off lengths and if you want more of a workout then I guess you head for the indoor pool ? The location is worth a note. It is out of town as regards the "downtown" restaurants, shops and tourist sites but there is good access to bus stops for the frequent services that effectively take you anywhere in the city. Walking to the Metro is 10 mins downhill, but not sure you would want to tackle it on the way back in the heat. Uber is often the answer. With a late return flight, our visit was made all the more special by the extended check out time on request..... at no extra charge ! A superb offer and really appreciated.

The location was the main talking point whilst we were away. If you stay, knowing this in advance, then you will be delighted with the choice of hotel and you just work round it.

very clean and comfortable. the facilities were all spotless and housekeeping were fantastic. I normally hate hotels with carpet in the rooms, but this place was so clean that I did not notice it was carpet until the second night.

you are given voucher to a a secret treat to a spa. when you go to claim it, you have to buy a full service to retrieve a 15 minute treatment at the end of the full price treatment. I booked a full massage and was told I would get the 15 min treatment. when I came back in the evening, they had not booked in the extra 15 mins and were not able to offer it as they had a booking straight after mine. cocktails are really expensive, 15€ + you are definitely paying for the service and not the drink.
