Good hotel at the great location and with friendly staff. In generally liked everything there except two things: outdated bathroom and poor breakfasts. Wifi also worked well.

Imagine a bathroom with a very very old curtain. The curtain always tends to touch you during taking a shower. Looking at it, I could only think of those thousands of nude wet bodies it touched. The only warm food in the breakfast was an omelette or boiled eggs in different days. For this price they could offer a better choice. And the coffee taste was a bit... specific.

Great hotel in a really nice neighbourhood. Close to metro station. Staff were helpful and kind. Breakfast was good. Room was very comfortable with fantastic shower and excellent array of toiletries provided. Safe with key in room. Bed was fine. Lots of storage space.

Very minor things - the shower curtain constantly clings to you as your shower. The furniture is a bit dated and old (but still perfectly functional). I needed an iron to iron my shirts after having been in my suitcase but the hotel only provided a professional pressing service, at cost.

Very friendly, attentive, and personable staff at the reception. Well organised and ready to help with anything one needs. Reasonable selection of Breakfast foods in abundance staff once again efficient and there for you. Super clean and shiny from the reception to our room. OK it has basic interior and furniture not brand new but room is cosy yet spacious( we had twin) and Everything is working!!Hairdryer, tv , all the light fittings and most importantly the heating!! Unlike some of 4 or 5 stars hotels in London... My thought is if the interior updated( mainly furniture) this hotel can easily become a 4 star. Very close to the old town centre about 15 min walk. There is mini prieco supermarket and pharmacy 2 min away. Fantastic sushi restaurant just opposite of the hotel. Highly recommended to anyone looking to stay in Lisbon.

I can't find any faults

Perfect location. The breakfast was very good (many options you can chose from just like eggs, hams, local one cake, jams, butter, jogurts, honey, good quality of bread, corn flakes etc. and orange juice and tea and coffee). The staffs are very kind and firendly. They are not forget to smile at us. After check out I could leave my luggages at the Hotel reception for long hours in safety. Thank you so much! The room was very clean and comfy. If you find a good Hotel in a good location this is highly recommended! ~ Obrigado ~

There was a contsruction nearby with noises but at the weekend not. And some other guests were also noisy in the late coming home but this is NOT the Hotel failure.

The hotel's location, just 15 minutes from downtown, is convenient. I appreciated the cleanliness, and the spacious and comfortable shower added to the positive experience. The price and quality balance was perfect, and the room service exceeded expectations..

One drawback was the complicated parking entrance, especially for SUVs. Maneuvering might be challenging. Additionally, a small suggestion would be to include slippers in the room amenities, as I missed having them during my stay

Good location in the city, close to metro station as well. The room and bathroom were clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. There is good WiFi. Breakfast is simple but fine: eggs, bakery products, cheese, ham, joghurt, fruits, cereals, coffee, tea, milk, chocolate.

Only 2 sockets in the room, the water was barely running from the shower. Windows could be noise cancelling (but workable with earplugs).The chambermaid probably grabbed by mistake a sleeping mask of ours, when changing the bedding, therefore it's gone, but the receptionist tried his best to get it back. Also sometimes we didn't get toiletteries at all.Feom the breakfast, I missed some vegetables or more variations for warm breakfast.

My husband, son, and I really liked this hotel. I was there for a conference at the University and the transportation on the same subway line was very convenient for me and the subway was really helpful for my son and husband to use as tourists while I was at my conference. The hotel was reasonably priced, a five minute walk to the subway, a 15 minute walk through a nice park to get to a mall that had endless shopping choices and wonderful restaurants on the rooftop that were outside so very cool it’s safe. The staff at the hotel were so friendly and professional. We enjoyed the breakfast too as it had many choices: croissants with jams and Nutella, some form of eggs each morning (hard boiled or scrambled) cheese and ham with rolls, juice, coffee and tea, yogurt, cereal, and probably some other things that I’ve forgotten. It was a nice buffet every morning. We were very cautious about Covid and we ate our breakfast in room next to the buffet room where there were no other people so we could safely take off our masks. Our hotel room was everything we needed including a large wall of windows overlooking the city and a good size bathroom with a combination tub and shower. The staff was very kind to bring a refrigerator to put in our room for an 8 euro fee which was worth it so we could have cold drinks and keep our leftovers from the area restaurants. We ate at quite a few of the restaurants that are walking distance to the hotel. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we thank the staff for being so helpful, always greeting us with a smile, and providing excellent professionalism.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like about the hotel. It is a unique hotel. Be prepared that it is a little unusual/old fashioned such as the key to the room being an old-fashioned kind of key that has perforated holes that align with the lock when you slide in the key. You don’t want to lose this key because it’s unique. My guess is that this hotel was one of the most luxurious when it was built some decades ago and this key is an example of how the hotel has some old-fashioned charm to it, which includes some of the decor. We like old fashioned things so this suited us just fine.

Location is good, 20 min walking or 2 metro stations to the Baixa, where everything is very close. Nice and helpful staff. The room was spacious and bathroom was ok.

No fridge and rather old furniture. It was not so important for me, I came to the hotel to sleep)) No vegetables at the breakfast.

location very close to Praça Marquês de Pombal: convenient access to public transportation, easy walk to many interesting sites. 20 minutes from airport. 20 minute walk to Restauradores and Rossio Squares for shopping, restaurants, transportation hubs. the front desk staff were extremely helpful, friendly, accommodating; cleaning staff were fast, courteous, cooperative, accommodating.

single glazed windows = a bit noisy from the street. water pressure issue= Hot water was not consistent. sound insulation between rooms was a bit lacking = could hear noises from adjoining rooms.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I got a larger room than booked just because I asked for a quiet room. Parking garage available at no extra cost. Depending on the size of the car, getting in and out of the garage is a challenge. Location is within walking distance of the downtown area. Included breakfast is OK.

Two small bottles of water in the minibar fridge did not really get me excited. However, plenty of places to go eat and drink within 5 min walking distance didn‘t leave me thirsty.
