Lux Lisboa Park

Very smart hotel a quick Metro ride from downtown Lisbon. Comfortable and immaculately clean. Pool and jacuzzi are great! Our room was spacious and had everything we needed (except tea/coffes facilities which you don't seem to get on the continent). Staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty, varied, and high quality.

My only complaint would be the evening restaurant food. We tried four dishes. One was awful (horribly bony and overcooked fish) and the other three were average at best. The cocktails and mocktails are amazing though! Also there was a lack of outdoor seating and eating areas. Maybe they weren't open yet (although it was very warm). The mezzanine seemed closed, but we would have loved to use it.

Double bed was two single beds. Found lighting difficult to work in the middle of the night. No room service.

Every member of staff treated us so warmly, all so professional and a credit to the hotel. Pool and bar area are as beautiful as the photos show. The cocktails, bar food, and breakfast are as good as any 5 star hotel. Good sized room, balcony, bathroom. Fantastic shower. Thomas the Concierge took extra care of us, and when my sunglasses broke, the handyman repaired them. Any issues were addressed immediately. We watched the supermoon rise over Lisbon from the cosy bar seats. A beautiful place. Love this hotel.

The electronics in the room are a bit wacky. We never got to grips with the lighting. The safe is difficult to use but not impossible. Ask for instructions beforehand or you can easily get stuck.

We had a wonderful week at Lux Lisboa. This was our first visit to Lisbon. Very favourable first impression of Lux Lisboa Park we were greeted at the door in a very welcoming manner. Every member of staff we came into contact with was friendly, pleasant and helpful. Customer relations were excellent. The breakfast was delicious and there was varied choice including vegan & vegetarian options. The complementary Tutt Tutt ride was a nice bonus the driver was very friendly and informative. The complementary taxi driver was also very pleasant, and this service provided a convenient and stress free end to our holiday. The room was comfortable, house keeping was efficient. The Balcony was a nice addition and the shower facility was good. The rooftop bar was an attractive spot. For a future trip to Lisbon we would be very happy to return to Lux Lisboa Park. Location is slightly outside the historic City Center but close to a lovely park, walkable to the City center and not far from a Metro station.

Nothing really - configuration of the room in relation to the toilet could be improved i.e. greater separation / privacy.

The service, the food, the rooftop bar and just how positive everything was during our one week stay at this gem of a hotel.We were greeted by a friendly driver who administered our free airport transport to the hotel. We loved how clean the room was. The hotel restaurant was also amazing!!! Try the sparkling rose sangria! 😄 The breakfast spread was a vast assortment of continental breakfast. At the end of our stay, the hotel provided us with complimentary room service breakfast. Props to Ines (GR officer, Ines, Karina, Jessica en Claudio) for the wonderful service. You spoiled us from our arrival til our departure. Keep up the wonderful service! We will be back!

The location is not located at the city center so you will have to walk quite a distance but Ubers are ubiquitous and very cheap so we did not think it was a hassle. Other than that, it is worth it to stay in this hotel. The impeccable service and friendliness of the whole staff compensates the location! 😄

The staff, especially Ines, were amazing and did everything they could to help. The roof top bar was lovely and the pool a perfect size for a dip (but don't expect to swim far!). The hotel was incredibly clean and our room was serviced everyday - thank you. The breakfast was excellent, especially the fresh cooked omelettes.

If we're honest, the size of the room disappointed us a little. We paid for a slightly bigger room with a balcony; and whilst it was great to be able to open the door and go onto the balcony, it was very small and overlooked by builders renovating the property opposite. We thought the room was going to be bigger too... but at the end of the day, Lisbon is such a great city, you spend more time out of the room than in it!

Very helpful and friendly hotel staff. They give you plenty of advice and tips of where to go, how to get there, where and what to eat. If you call reception from your room, they are keen to help with any enquiries. Comfortable bed with nice warm shower. Quiet. Great continental breakfast with plenty of fresh fruit, pastries and cereals. Also cooked breakfast available (limited vegetarian options). Fresh juices everyday.

Within the price (€700 for 5 nights), I think the room should be bigger. Not much space to move around, even though there is a balcony (street view). 30 minute walk to centre. Bolt/Uber is relatively cheap though (€3-5).

Really everything perfect, Personal, Lage, Breakfast. The room we stayed in was very interesting, but as we were on tour and not to live in the room this was fine. When we left they asked me if I was happy with everything so I gave my feeeback of the room we stayed and said that I will return for sure but I don't want to stay in this room. I'm sorry about the room but I want to thank you for the surprise for my birthday. I really didn't expect it and it made me very happy and emotional. Too bad we could not take the picture because we arrived very late at the hotel and the ice had already melted and there was water on the floor and the cake was already disassembling. The staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly the porters. The rooms were very pleasant and clean. The breakfast was very good and made the booking good value for money. The massage we had was amazing, the lady was extremely professional and made the experience very relaxing and enjoyable.

The rooftop pool did not really reflect the standard in the photos. The furniture is stained, old and damaged in places. The pool glass is always very smeared. On the whole it was a pleasant place to spend time but these small details let it down.

The location is not great for easy access to the main tourist areas downtown. Room was nice, but a bit on the small side and could have benefit from drawer space. No kettle or tea making facilities. The electric light system was very modern and computerised. It was a nightmare to work out which setting was for what. If you had it at home you could learn the settings, For a short break it was a pain in the neck. I just want the bedside light on and end up putting on all the lights when the wife is asleep. The shower door didn't shut properly and the water went everywhere.
