Altis Suites Apartamentos Turísticos

Comfortable, good location - metro (Avenida downhill or Rato uphill) 5 min walk Clean. Staff nice, there when you need them. Plenty of space. (We could use the pool in the hotel next door, but this seems no longer offered with Altis suites). Hotel next door has a nice roof terrace that guests of Altis suites can use too.

slightly thin walls so I could hear noisy neighbours in the evening a few times, but didn't bother us much as too tired from exploring the city! Views from our room were of a white wall - in a way it was also a plus as no privacy issues!!

We had a lovely stay in the Altis Suites apartamentos. The apartments are very spacious and comfortable. Well equiped with plenty of storage. They are convenient to the hop on hop off tour, buses and metro. Lots of restaurants nearby. The staff were very helpful and friendly. It is great that it's situated next to the lovely hotel which enabled us to leave our luggage. Would and have recommended to friends.

It would have been nice to have a little welcome pack with teabags, coffee and milk. Strange to have to pay extra for coffee pods.

Lovely suite with everything as described. Such a great value experience given you get to use the 5* facilities next door but pay 4* price! Buffet breakfast was worth the extra money. Lovely added touch that on my birthday they brought cake and bubbles to the room with a lovely note. I would definitely stay again.

They could streamline check in and check out, wasn't offered an express service which I would expect in an established of this standard. Didn't detract from the stay though as staff were efficient and friendly throughout.

Location, the size of the rooms. The fact we could get an extra bed for the kids. The fact we could use the hotel facilities, whilst staying in the 'suite' next door. The free wifi which didnt need to register. The small kitchen with a coffee maker and fridge. All excellent!

More loo roll would have been nice! Also the hot water for the shower was not great, and the design of the shower itself was dreadful (you cant reach the tap or shower head round the side of the permanently fixed glass screen)

Apartment was big and located in a quiet part of the city. Clean sheets and new towels everyday.

The electric hot water boiler had very limited capacity, this resulted in taking breaks in turns to shower, also limited use of the long bath as it would consume all the hot water in one go!

Very roomy, quiet, in a great neighborhood, close to Avenida Liberdade, high end shopping and restaurants. Staff was extremely helpful when a departure flight was cancelled. Very clean, great AC. I booked two apartments, but they are so roomy, I could have just booked one for our group of 4 and been very comfortable. Adjacent hotel provided excellent services to the suites as well.

location was great. staff lovely hotel facilities were great and for a family the apartment was excellent as we could sort breakfast for our daughter and also get her to sleep at a sensible hour in the separate room.

Apartments were a bit tired in comparison to the hotel and could do with a refresh. also whilst lovely to have the kitchen it did need a few more utensils/ plates!

Great place to stay! We booked a 60m2 apartment with two bedrooms and a kitchenette and it was perfect for us and our son (for two kids it would be ok too). The location is good - just a few minutes away from the metro (either Avenida or Marques de Pombal) and with several bus stops nearby. You get to use the facilities of the hotel next door (breakfast, pool, gym) which makes it a 5* experience:)

maybe the building is a bit old, so the reception area slightly smells. the room has no problem. the location is ok, within walking distances from bus stops and metros, but Lisbon has many slopes and the pavement is not so smooth, so it’s a little difficult to walk with a big luggage
