Aquashow Park Hotel

Spotless! Fantastic, friendly staff particularly at the reception desk and pool side bar. Highly recommend the pool side massage. Free access to the Water Park is brilliant!

Maybe livelier night time entertainment? Location isn’t great but plenty of taxi and bus options available.

We like almost everything. It is a really good Hotel.

We booked Hotel because of free tickets to aquashow Park. But outsider Park is closed, but to go to insider aqua park costs extra.

Very large swimming pool and the one indoor is fantastic. The family park is just nearby. The restaurant is excellent and the menu changes everyday. The staff is very helpful and kind.

The staff dedicated to animation needs to be trained or renewed. They could have proposed sthing for children from 09h to 12h : drawing, playing, making mask or rubans, etc. Thus, children can meet and parents as well The other point is the absence of convenience shop. Instead of putting lot of articles from Aquashow, they could sell food, beverage, souvenirs from Portugal, etc.

Liked- the hotel was very clean. The food was good, the breakfast was very good .The dinner menu not the buffet was boring after a few days . Need to maybe have a special on daily any way the food overall was good and the staff were amazing nothing was a problem from getting gravy for our son to helping in any way possible. I dont like calling out names but I want to thank Iuri and Hugo for their exceptional manner and were also so helpful even when they were very busy. Thank you for making our stay even better.

Dislike -the vacation was too short

What an amazing hotel. We had a family room on the 4th floor overlooking the aquapark, and it was superb. The staff were fantastic from reception, bar/restaurant staff/ evening entertainers (they really get into their job) and the room cleaners. We obviously spent most time in the Aquapark but also used the hotel indoor swimming pool which was lovely and warm. We had breakfast and dinners in the hotel and both were amazing. We will def be back :)

We found the mattresses a little hard but I think this is normal for Portuguese hotels in my experience. Maybe an option to provide a softer mattress topper might be considered for future stays?

Had both outside pool and indoor heated pool. Access to the water park next door was great for the kids. Rooms were in excellent condition. Staff were excellent and very friendly. Had family adjoining rooms with large balcony overlooking the pool area.

The food on menu was good for lunch and kids enjoyed it, however we were surprised that same menu was also on for evening restaurant. Buffet also available but limited in selection, thus limited eating options and variety. Luckily Villamoura Marina is only 10 mins by Uber ~11euro each way, with lots of eating options.

My stag party had our flight cancelled last minute and booked it this after leaving the airport. The staff were brilliant they couldn’t do enough for you. I went down to the reception and asked on the off chance for toothpaste as no one had any. No problem 6 toothbrushes and toothpaste came out. As we had to check out the next day and wouldn’t have anything to do until our flight they gave us free passes to the water park! The water park was brilliant fun and I’d recommend staying here!

Very clean, spacious and comfortable rooms. Being so close to the water park made it very easy to go to the water park for a few hours, return to the hotel and then go back to the water park a little later.

We hoped that staying at the hotel would give us special access to the water park which it didn't. We still had to queue with everyone else. May have been much cheaper to stay elsewhere and just travel in to the water park.

This was an excellent hotel overall, The staff were so Polite & helpful. Modern, bright, spacious. Pricing was very reasonable with the added bonus of a complimentary pass to the Waterpark, valued at an additional €35 if paying seperately. We Planned to stay for 1 night and we ended up adding an additional night. It's quite remote so you will need a car, taxi, uber etc if you required a shop or alernative restaurants etc. All essential amenities are available in the hotel. Highly recommended. 👌

The noise levels from the bar can be quite off putting if you were planning on having an early night!

The hotel had good facilities for the kids, small playground outside and another soft play area inside. The food was quite good each night with a small selection of tasty dishes. The Animation team were very good each night though, there is no actual kids club, the animation team kept the kids involved in the mini disco and entertainment by the pool day and night
