This beautiful property, very tastefully renovated by the owners Alain & Christine, is in the perfect location for exploring the Algarve. set in its own grounds with a swimming pool & beautiful garden. Our room was immaculate with very nice decor & spotlessly clean. Breakfast, a continental style with everything you could want, was served in a lovely dining room, again very nicely decorated with chic furnishings. The property was super secure with parking on site. Although we have a property of our own in the area, it was being used by our family for this period, should we ever need accommodation in this area again we will not hesitate to book here. It was a good location, maybe a little further from town than other accommodation around, but it and easy to walk, about 10 to 15 mins. There were very nice restaurants close by also which our hosts told us about. The accommodation was lovely, nice and peaceful and relaxing. The room was very spacious with plenty storage. It had a lovely shower and some toiletries were provided. There was a lovely pool and garden which had nice sun beds and seating areas for relaxing and swimming. We had also a nice patio outside our room which was on the ground floor which was a lovely sunspot. Breakfast was very nice with freshly squeezed orange juice and very nice coffee. It was a continental breakfast with a selection of cereals, ham, cheese, toast, pastries cake etc Our hosts were extremely nice, friendly and very accommodating.They went to a lot of trouble in providing us with a breakfast to take with us on our last morning as we had a very early flight departure. We had a lovely short stay, about 4 nights and felt it was excellent value for money.

Hosts are amazing. If you are new to the area, ask them for recommendations and give them your price points and you can’t go wrong. Rooms are private, great showers and there is a shared common area with pool. we were early in the season so we didn’t use the pool and we always got back late anyways. Parking is onsite. Location: we were visiting other towns while here and it was perfect. within walking distance of the beach and local restaurants. Easy access to A22 & A2 if you want to day trip to Lagos and Evora.

We received a warm welcome from our hosts who were able to accommodate our request for an early check in. This was much appreciated. The location was ideal for our purposes, being a short taxi ride from Vale do Lobo, where we were having a get together with friends. The breakfast the next morning was delicious and plentiful and my daughter managed to squeeze in a swim in the lovely pool before we left. This was our second visit to Vivender l'Olivier and we hope to return again in the future!

Alain and Christine were most hospitable, friendly and helpful and laid out a marvellous breakfast for us. They also assigned us a beautiful, spacious room with its own patio to relax on. The property is well-appointed with a large, nicely landscaped garden, is well-located in Quartiera, close to major access roads yet really quiet.

Additional hooks, shelves and support racks in the bathroom and bedroom would be helpful in placing essential travel items.

We stayed at this family bed and breakfast as we were attending a wedding nearby. Alain and Christine were very charming and attentive hosts. Our room was very comfortable and large. The walk into Quarteria and the beach is about 15mins. We arrived by train from Lisbon but there is plenty of secure onsite parking. The pool and garden provided a great place to relax in the morning before our afternoon festivities.

Everything was fine and it was perfect for our short stay.

It was a real pleasure to stay here! Very nice hosts, we got all the best recommendations and even better emotions. Wonderful breakfast, the coffee was especially delicious. The apartment was spotlessly clean, with a great view of the garden and pool. One of the best things we loved was the dog! We hope to return to this place, and would highly recommend it to others!

Nice breakfast was served every morning, the owners are very friendly and can give a lot of information about restaurants and surroundings. The property is very clean, the room was spacious and very clean, towels regularly replaced (we were there 9 nights) and bedding as well. A very good shower !

The stay at this place was above all expectations! We had a very warm welcome from the owners (Alain and Christine). The place is amazing for a quiet stay if you value privacy and comfort. The place itself is clean, well equipped and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was very good and served in the elegant dining room. Vila is very well equipped: pool, secured uncovered parking inside the villa, sun loungers, very lovely inner garden to enjoy the evening. Restaurants and places to visit recommendations were on point. We are definitely recommending the place, absolutely nothing could have been done better and would be glad to return again.
